Very nice hotel, room was very clean and comfortable

The view was amazing and hotel staffs were very friendly.

Except it is a bit far from the city center, everything is ok

Was really impress with hotel. I am someone who is cautious and nervous being out of my home country. Truly one of the best hotels I stayed at while on my trip through Spain. Room was not completely cleaned, bedding had stains but the location is perfect it allows you to see more when going into the center of Madrid.

I have stayed here twice, both times were good. Very quiet, clean and hygienic. Every time I was on a business trip and transited in Madrid, I would stay here for a day or two The location is very good, very close to the British Palace

The floor drain in the room was clogged, and no one came when I called for service. The shower gel on the wall was empty. I went downstairs to call the waiter, but he didn't come to fix it until late at night. Maybe this is how European service is. After all, it is a European five-star hotel, and the hotel is also relatively old. Anyway, it's not worth staying here.

The facilities are old, the lighting is poor, the hygiene is average, the service is average, and the suite I booked is not big enough and not worth the price. It is not worthy of a five-star hotel.

There are no family rooms. Two adults and two children booked two rooms. Chamartin Railway Station is nearby and can be reached on foot. The waiters' English is not very good, so it is a bit tiring to communicate.

The international flight arrived at the hotel at 11pm. When I entered the room, I found that the water supply in this five-star hotel room was cut off. I couldn't take a shower or brush my teeth. So I called the front desk to find a maintenance person to repair it, but to no avail. The front desk was busy, so I went downstairs to the lobby to inquire about the situation. It turned out that it was the whole hotel that was complaining. Several guests complained at the front desk. So I complained to Ctrip, and I met a very responsible staff member who was busy all the time until the next day to assist in communicating with the hotel and help us defend our rights. Because the international flight was too tiring, I went back to the room to sleep while waiting not long after complaining. I woke up the next day and found that the water supply was normal. Ctrip staff followed up on the results of the handling. The hotel gave a 20% discount, and Ctrip also gave appropriate cash compensation. Thanks to the responsible Ctrip staff who worked overtime late at night to deal with the problem.

The room service was good, but the front desk check-in was slow. There were two check-in staff, one was quick and the other was arrogant.
