on the positive side the room was really clean and looked recently refurbished. i had the small room for one person (7 sqm?) and it felt bigger than I expected. okay location albeit maybe it had a bit dodgy feeling to it. it was hard to find the hotel as the sign was so small. it was just a door on the wall on the alley really. no proper reception, there was just a phone that rang and took your details. seemed a bit dodgy but worked alright.

Éramos dos parejas de más de 65 años y cuando llegamos, la impresión que nos llevamos no era la que nos vendieron. Mi hija llamó por teléfono y, explicando la situación, el chico que nos atendió solucionó el problema perfectamente. Alfredo fue muy amable y nos cambió de hotel a otro que nos gustó mucho más. Con personas así da gusto exponer los problemas ya que buscan soluciones inmediatamente. Nos cambiaron a otello rooms y la experiencia ha sido mucho mejor. Aunque es un hotel pequeñito, tiene lo imprescindible para pasar dos noches y poder conocer la ciudad ya que está muy cerca de todo.

Camas y almohadas incómodas. No hay persiana ni cortinas suficientemente opaca para no dejar pasar la claridad para dormir. Habitaciones ruidosas ya que se oyen todas las puertas del pasillo y a la gente de al lado. Toalla ya sucia al llegar. Mobiliario claramente deteriorado. Por 166€ una noche, esperábamos una estancia bastante más aceptable. El chico del check in muy amable.
