I booked what was called classic double. If this was classic I don’t want to know what the basic looked like. Very small and dingy room. Bathroom was tiny and run down. Half the shower had been “touched up” with grout in a different color. They had signs saying you shouldn’t use towels on your face in case you’d get makeup on them but didn’t provide a makeup towel. They also didn’t even have a glass (plastic or other) in the room so bring your own bottle of water if you want something to drink. I woke up every time someone in the building flushed their toilet because it was so poorly sound insulated. Do not recommend.

Hotel is nice and in good location, but it has a ridiculous policy that no visitors are allowed. That policy should be clearly stated when you are booking a room. I was in town visiting my daughter who lives in Spain, we would come into the room to grab something or use the restroom and they kicked my daughter out every time. Stating that no visitors are allowed, never have I ever stayed at an hotel with that policy.

Nunca hacer reserva no reembolsable porque no te devuelven nada. Son inflexibles cuando en estas fechas hay gente de sobra. Hay mejores opciones y con baño privado. No dar datos bancarios y buscar hoteles y alojamientos más adecuados y humanos.

Uma excelente localização para explorar Madrid! Melhor não poderia ter escolhido! Custo/Oportunidade foi excelente e os funcionários super simpáticos! Cama confortável, quartos limpíssimos apesar da casa de banho pequena embora super funcional! Eu amei ter me hospedado aqui! São quartos para quem vai a Madrid de turista e obviamente só precisa de um lugar para dormir! Eu amei s voltaria umas tantas vezes! A rua é super movimentada e está a 2/5 minutos da famosa GranVia em Madrid

La peor experiencia de mi vida. Sucio y todo en obras, el dueño un impresentable y booking que no se hace cargo de mirar los pisos que tiene. Una verguenza. Cuanto me alegro que ya no puede alquilar dichos pisos.

Prévoyez des tongs pour la douche😜 Changer 3 spots, le cadre de la porte de la salle bain doit être changer. L'étagère de dessous l'évier doit être changer. Tapis de descente de lit, inexistant. Chambre grande 👍. Le lit assez grand 👍.merci👌

Une réservation effectuée en 2001 pour un séjour en juillet 2022 annulée unilatéralement par l’hôtelier pour soit disant une carte de crédit invalide alors qu’elle fonctionne très bien. L’explication est que l’hôtel préfère revendre en direct à un prix plus élevé. Hôtelier qui ne répond ni au téléphone ni aux mails. Si vous voulez vous retrouver le bec dans l’eau alors que vous avez été prévoyant foncez réserver chez cet escroc ! Pour ma part ce sera répression des fraudes. En consultant les avis google l’hôtelier est coutumier de la pratique.

Tenía una reserva hecha para enero de 2022 a través de Booking. Supuestamente la tarjeta estaba mal y me piden que la corrija. Les mando otra y mx dicen lo mismo y al final me cancelan la reserva. Las tarjetas estaban bien. Simplemente nos le interesaba el precio bajo por el que hice la reserva y me la han cancelado para ahora ofrecerla al doble de precio
