Our stay was one of the most surreal in years! We are still in shock! A landing reminiscent of a house of terror, dirty and with only one elevator, queues and endless waiting times. It was amazing to have to go to the 7th floor to check in, on the 2nd floor there are the rooms and on the 10th... breakfast! The staff, in general... leave a lot to be desired. They all seem to be very unmotivated and if there are complaints, for example, because it is hot... they take a long time to resolve the problem. A very chaotic and stressful stay. I do not recommend including breakfast at all, it is very simple and of poor quality. I would only save the "shower" moment, the only thing I liked.
