I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Madrid! Sound isolation was very good, air conditioning worked well, and personal was very friendly and ready to help with any question! Also location is perfect, you can walk to any of city famous places by feet!

How can a B&B like this in Spain get a rating of more than 4 points? ? The street was super noisy, with drunks singing and bars rocking in the middle of the night. The most bizarre thing is that there is no quilt, no quilt, no quilt! Just a sheet, a bedspread! Although it is not winter and there is no quilt, what you get is one more dirty bedspread. The shower is broken, the sliding door of the shower is broken, the water is not big but splashes in all directions, and the hair, mirror, toilet and toilet paper are all wet. There is no electric plug at the head of the bed, it is in a corner at the door. The cabinets on the wall are shaky, and I am afraid they will be crushed to death. Fortunately, Ctrip made an effort to communicate with them. They actually have poor English. I don’t know how Ctrip communicated with them.

The room layout, environmental facilities, and services are all in good condition. The bustling Puerta del Sol Square is right at the door, and various tourist attractions in the surrounding area are very convenient.

Incredibly beautiful room with balcony overlooking the city center district. Super well located hotel right in the middle of the center, there is everything nearby including transport, shops, restaurant and bar/disco. Ladies from the reception to the top cleaning lady!

I think I can live there for a day or two.
