This hotel saved us because our previous hotel booking was unceremoniously cancelled. Anyway, while this hotel is not in the city center, still, it was near a big market, fast food chains, and more importantly, near a train station. Btw, we didn’t like the layout of its CR/restroom. If you’re a couple, then you may not find it odd. But since we were business travellers, it was a bit difficult to use. But overall, we liked staying here! The beds are comfy and the staff are nice and accommodating.

Was a very bad experience. The room have a bathroom, but is all open, the door is terrible. After arrive 11.30 pm, i could not open my room door. The hotel service, try but they also could not open, they give me other room, for wait.

Although it is a little far from the city center, it is close to the bus station and Atocha station, so it was convenient for connecting to other cities ☺️
On the last day, after picking up our luggage, they kindly said that we could kill some time in the common space, which was very helpful!
Hair dryers were available to borrow at the reception.
The receptionist was very kind and friendly, and I had a comfortable stay.
Check-in was early and check-out was late, so I was able to rest comfortably.

The room was completely booked through photo fraud. Worst hotel ever booked on Ctrip. Less than 5 square meters, pitifully small. The room is not soundproofed and the environment is too bad. The price is still so expensive, the retail price is less than 100 euros, and the house price of more than 800 is simply a money grab.
