Location is TOP, 5 minutes from Puerta del Sol. But the fact I had to insert an 1 euro coin in the room safe everytime I had to use it, annoyed me so much. Apart from that, my single room had one of the smallest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Much better choices in Madrid for that price.

Located in the landmark of la Carrera de San Jerónimo of Madrid, walking and minutes away to Puerta del Sol where metro station Sol can be found as well, calle Preciados, excellent for shopping and bird eye views from El Corte Inglés cafeteria and gourmet place, plaza Callao or the Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza, and the emblematic Ritz-Carlton and Hotel Palace. It is a very comfortable, charming hostel with welcoming and helpful desk clerks no matter the time of check-in.

We stayed for two nights. The rooms were basic but clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. The location of the property is excellent, its in a quiet lane yet very close to El Retiro Park, Grand Via & San Miguel market. Even the Royal Palace is an easy walking distance. Lot of restaurants around the place. Good value for money.

We spent only one night in this hotel since we missed our flight but it was really nice The building is quite old and historic but the hotel on the inside is quite clean, tidy and very secure It is located right in the center and close to everything Make sure to have breakfast in La Rollerie if you're staying there (1 min walk)

We took advantage of the central location and was ideal for a visit to the city. The rooms have everything you need and are clean. Otherwise the 24 hour welcome is also appreciable. You can hear a lot of what's going on in the other rooms but it's totally bearable for a weekend. Let's say that among friends this hotel does the job.

Excellent option in the center of Madrid! The Hostel is beautiful! Comfortable, very clean. The rooms are small but charming. Everything new, very careful. Comfortable beds. The attention of the receptionists was wonderful! Highly recommended!!!!

Very clean, the room was simple, functional and comfortable, the bathroom was perfect, everything seemed recently renovated. Great staff, very friendly. It is well located, central. I have been very comfortable, so I will definitely return.
