A most fantastic location on Gran Via within easy walking distance to multiple metro stations. Pleasant front desk staff accommodating early check-in without a fuss. Despite being on a busy Main Street, didn't feel any disturbance inside the room. Very satisfied with my stay here.

Pluses: very central location and friendly staff.
Minus: bad soundproofing inside the hotel-could hear anyone walking passed, neighbours from both sides showering, etc

Muy bien el Hostal en plena Gran Vía y al lado de C/ Arenal. Nos trataron muy bien en recepción y además está muy bien reformado. Nos guardaron las maletas mientras hacíamos turismo. Es un acierto. Volveremos.

En general está bien. Muy buena ubicación.Limpio y el personal muy agradable. En esta época del año ya hacía mucho calor. Nuestra habitación tenía el aire acondicionado que dejaba de funcionar cada dos por tres. Lo dijimos constantemente y no nos resolvieron el problema. En fin , nos vamos con “no volveremos a alojarnos allí “

Ubicación buena. Cerca del metro caminar por la gran vía. Toallas y sábanas limpias. Siempre hay algo que mejorar como cubrecama un poco más decorado para que sea más acogedor.
