(1) The trash bin still not clean with all the rubbish inside after check-in which is definitely terrible and unacceptable. The Male Receptionist indicated his impatient and unhelpful especially when I reported the uncleaned room with trash after checked-in.
(2) I found few linens (Duvet) is dirty which found some stain (including blood) which is terrible.

The hotel has a superior location and convenient transportation. It is very close to the train station. It is very clean. The waiter is a Chinese girl. The service is very good and friendly. Overall, I am very satisfied.
