Stayed here for 3 nights for the Xmas markets and lights. We had a 3 bed apar**ent with 2 bathrooms, the three bedrooms had double beds which were very comfortable, the sitting room had sofa beds which we used one as a bed and it was very comfortable. The apar**ent was huge and absolutely Georgous. Very modern and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The apt was spotless clean. The self check in was handy enough. The apt is in an excellent location, you are in walking distance to most of the main attractions, hop on hop off stop a few minutes away which was a great way to see the city. You have shops, cafes bars and restaurants all on your doorstep. We got a taxi to and from airport which was a set price of €30 each way. About 20mins drive. Would highly recommend these apar**ents

Abbiamo trascorso 7 notti all'Aspacios di Calle Mayor, informazioni puntuali, check-in forse troppo in là (è previsto alle 16.00, ma basta avvisarli per tempo, e se è un pochino fortunati, verso le 13.30/14 si riesce ad accedere). La pulizia dell'appartamento si è rilevata eccellente, qualche padella un pochino rigata, ma nel complesso il mix posizione-pulizia-prezzo ci è sembrato ottimo. Inoltre abbiamo trovato un piccolo kit di pulizia stoviglie, pastiglie lavastoviglie, due pods per la lavatrice, un cartoncino di latte UHT, una bottiglia di acqua.

Apartamento céntrico, a media cuadra de Plaza Mayor y Mercado San Miguel. Si quieren estar en la zona más céntrica de Madrid este es el lugar . Cerca también de Plaza España y Palacio Real. Nos encontramos con un cómodo departamento, con una habitación con cama de dos Plazas, comedor con sillón cama amplío , mesa con 4 sillas , tv . Baño completo con bañera, cocina con todo lo necesario para cocinar, vajilla para 6, heladera, microondas, pava eléctrica, tostadora, horno y lavasecarropas. Te proveen de pastillas para lavar la ropa, cápsulas de café, leche , agua mineral , té y azúcar. El sistema para el ingreso es con código que te pasan por mensaje, no hay portero, por eso no le puse el mayor puntaje . Estacionamiento enfrente, taxi y locales de todo tipo en los alrededores.

Aspects positifs: Idéalement situé, cuisine très bien équipée, excellente connexion internet. Aspects négatifs: Très mauvaise insonorisation, et quand on donne sur une rue très animée ça devient problématique. Literie très peu confortable et bruyante surtout le canapé lit, checking intuitif mais pas opérationnel, on a du appeler pour le valider.

Pisos ubicados a escasos metros del Puerta del Sol. Cerca de todo turístico en Madrid. Incluso no necesitas transporte. Bonitos y espaciosos pisos con agradable decoración. Equipados con todo necesario. Máquina de café con cápsulas de cortesía .

Apartamento limpio, bonito y una ubicación de 10. Cosas a mejorar: espacio de almacenamiento, pocos enchufes, poco insonorizado, sofá cama incómodo. El check out es a las 11, estaría bien que fuese un poco más tarde. En cambio, para hacer el check in nos dejaron entrar antes. También nos ha hecho falta alguien en recepción, ya que no hay donde guardar las maletas.

Bastante bien con matices. Situación excepcional para hacer turismo pero a la vez muy ruidosa, se hace difícil el descanso. Apartamento bonito y funcional, no falta de nada pero falta renovar algunas cosas. Sofá cama muy incómodo. Almohadas muy incómodas. Caldera muy ruidosa. Radiadores que no calientan lo suficiente. Los portones no cierran porque chocan con el aluminio y entra mucha luz. A pesar de todo, si tuviera que volver a Madrid probablemente escogería el mismo lugar.
