Good hotel that was in a location suitable for our needs. Service was good and so was the breakfast.

This block of accommodation claims to be a 4 star hotel. It is not. It is averaging 2 star at best. Without doubt, bargain basement on a budget. I arrived to check in, no one was at the desk. Patiently, I waited and was eventually noticed by the one and only member of staff at the checkin desk. The booking in process started. I had a double room booked….I was given a twin. When I questioned the twin room, I was told the Hotel was full, and as my booking was such a short notice booking, only a twin was available. Being on a business trip and on my own, I accepted the twin. When I got to the room and opened the door, I was nearly knocked out by the heat blast that escaped from the room. Being from England, currently experiencing single figure temperatures, some of them on the minus scale, I assumed that the locals were inviting me with a warm welcome. Thinking nothing of it, I entered the room, unpacked my very basic travel bag, cranked down the Air Conditioning to a very British 15 degrees, and headed out to the office I was visiting. On returning from the office and opening the Hotel room door, It was nothing more than an Inferno. I reported the air conditioning failure to the reception desk and……………………….. I dealt with an uncaring, cold, soulless, aloof, detached, disinterested and most inhuman

Very bad experience , staff do ot even reply the phone! We had to call several times before they reply. I think this is a very bad service for a 4 stars hotel. First of all must reply to guests and be kind. Reception is very unkind. I can show also their reply on my whatsapp. We had un urgency and they did not consider us!

I stayed here and was very impressed. The hotel was spotless and had everything you needed in the room (although netflix would great). Availed of the late check out which was great value. Location ideal with everything you needed around, chemist, shops etc. Breakfast was very good value compared to other hotels in Madrid. Staff were all so friendly especially Antonio on reception, I look forward to coming back.

Due to circumstances I had to cancel my booking two weeks in advance. Aravaca Village processed my cancellation but informed me that I will receive no refund. I paid for a room and breakfast for 5 days. An open booking to be filled in at a later time (with additional payment) is non negotialble. Please be very carefull if you want to book this hotel

A little outdated for the level they claim to have and their rates. The elevators were old; The floor of these with an old and dirty carpet. The bathrooms of a two-star hotel, the scratched walls...

Lack of humanity on the part of your team. In the summer I booked two nights in a hotel for this weekend when I had a wedding, and two Fridays ago, the 9th, my father went into the ICU very seriously and he is still there today, so I decided to go to the event. I called the hotel on the 12th explaining the situation to see if they could refund the money or exchange it for a voucher and the receptionist's response was, I'm very sorry for the rate you have, nothing can be done, greetings and be mild. That is the humanity of this hotel and the 21st century.

The good impression of the lobby is not reflected in the quality of the rooms, which are super austere, the worst is the view of the cemetery, personally looking out the window and seeing tombs is not at all pleasant to me besides the heat that happens because the a /c was not cooling. There were only two bottles of warm water and some amenities. The staff, the first one was friendly but very bossy, had their procedure and you couldn't skip the steps because they got upset and the one at night better not tell me because he wouldn't know how to describe it, giving his opinion about what no one has asked him. I will not return because for that price there are better located hotels with more comfortable rooms. Unfortunately the NATO summit has practically occupied the good hotels and we are left with this.
