I arrived from a 12 hour trip from China, we left our bags first and I asked at reception for a bathroom, which the lady at reception denied me entry to. The breakfast shown in the photos is a lie, they only gave us coffee and bread.

It's just a family hotel. The photo of the hotel's exterior is not the photo of the high-rise building shown on the home page. I was misled by the photo. The location is good, in the central area, very close to attractions, just walking distance. The photo is of the real hotel entrance. We were assigned to a loft-style room on the 4th floor. The view from the window is as shown in the last two photos. Friends who are used to staying in hotels, especially those who have high requirements for hotels, should pay attention to whether they can accept family hotels. style accommodation. I hope this can serve as a reminder to future friends so that they don’t get misled again.

Except for the phone call at 11 o'clock to remind you to check out, the rest is okay.

We had a junior suite on the 3rd floor facing the small street for 2 nights which was spacious and well appointed. We were genuinely surprised at how big the room was and very happy to have a few kitchen implements to use. However there is noise at night emanating from the nearby bars which may affect your sleep if you don’t wear ear plugs like me. The rooms at the back would be better as while there was a small balcony on ours, we didn’t use it. The bathroom is quite small but adequate. Staff are very friendly and helpful as previous reviews have stated. Luggage storage and having a kettle in the room were key factors in choosing this hotel plus the area which is great. If not for the noise at night I would give it 5 stars as would stay here again in a room at the back.

Excellent location, central to their old town and walking distance to a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, tapas places and one or two floor shows. My room was on the top, 4th, floor and was an attic style which suited me. No view as such, but a huge amount of space, some of it unusable, due to the inclination of the attic. Morning breakfast can be included for 9euros. It is a simple fare, coffee, juice, croissant and a crisp bread roll, yoghurt, cheese and some olive oil. Plenty for me and delivered to your room. There is no restaurant or meals area here. Stay away from 403 if you can, directly opposite the staff work room and food prep area. it also received laundry deliveries at all hours and will wake you up, if you are a light sleeper. The staff are pleasant and responsive. I will stay here again.

The hotel is in one of the BEST locations for seeing Madrid. The rooms were fine, and most of the staff was great. The rating was hurt by a woman working the night shift. She had locked the front door before nine (four-star hotels should never have a locked door) and it took her a good five to ten minutes to answer our ringing and ringing of the door. When she did arrive she was very agitated, never spoke a word, tossed us our keys, and walked back upstairs away from the front desk. A perfect example of how one employee can ruin a business. That said good value and a great location.

Hotel location is good and price quite okay. However, when checking out, we were forced to pay an extra of EUR 22 for an extra bed for our 5 year old son that we have never received, so he had to sleep on the couch. So customer service is very bad and would notnrecommend this place.
Response from Property: Good morning, I'm sorry that it bothered you to pay the child's supplement, but as we mentioned, you made a reservation for 2 adults and 4 people showed up (2 adults, a 4-year-old child and a baby). Their reservation was accepted but we could not give them anything more than an extra crib because we had not had the availability of triple or quadruple rooms for a long time. That's why they couldn't reserve it. In Spain, the price is generally charged for the number of people, it is not the same price if one stays or if 4 stay. We already told you that even the price of the supplement was reduced. You, my friend, had a previously made, more expensive reservation through another channel when you entered the number of people correctly that you later canceled and made it with the incorrect number of people.

We arrived on a stormy day, without umbrellas. The lobby person was very friendly but couldn't speak English very well and the second one that arrived couldn't speak at all. That particular lady wasn't at all helpful, with her "best" moment when she called a taxi for the airport and after 15 minutes she told us to go to the streets to look for one becouse she didn't know when it was coming... Let's see the good things about the hotel: It is on a perfect place, close to the centre and all the attractions. Nearby, there are some fantastic restaurants (Italian and Argentinian) which is nice when you travel with a child. But...: The hotel was terrible noisy. We were listening everything from the rooms next door (babies crying, toilets working, laughs). Another thing was the club close to the hotel. We were listening loud music all night...Very bad place for a quite sleep. Breakfast in the room, was nice at first day, but it was too boring eating the same things every morning afterwards. There was a big problem with the power outlets in the room. Most of them didn't work, so if we wanted to charge phones or tablet, we had no lights... The room service was great. Helpful, smiley and adorable people, even if we communicated with Google Translate. Just the opposite to the the middle-aged lady on the lobby, which she shouldn't work on tourism... My general opinion about this hotel is...AVOID IT.

We were assigned an attic room which had a lot of unusable space because of the roof pitch. Welcoming check in and useful hints on places to eat --- there are heaps! Location was a real winner. A bit noisy as lots of bars about

Loved this wonderful hotel in a great location. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. We walked all over Madrid from this stylish and safe location. This was our second stay and it felt like coming home. The hotel arranged for our CoVID19 test in our room before our flight and scheduled our taxi pickup for us. Can’t wait to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Suite Prado Hotel in Madrid for three nights. The hotel is a beautiful and cozy boutique hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. It’s in a great location so you can walk to everything and close to the metro and train station for day trips from Madrid or high speed trains to other cities. Lots of excellent dining nearby. Looking forward to our next visit!
