The walls are thin. Conversations of next door could be heard. No kettle, no mineral water and no coffee and tea. The curtain is too thin, and can see through from opposite room.
Location is good, just a few minutes walk from Tribunal and Grann Via Stations. From airport, take the metro to Nuevos Ministerios station via line 8 and change to line 10 to get off at Tribunal station.
You need to ring the bell at the front gate for the staff to unlock the gate. Then take the lift to the second floor where the hotel reception is. Room Keys are hung at the board at the reception counter for self pick up whenever you return to the hotel. You need to put it back there when you go out.

The location is great. The room was spacious and the bathroom was easy to use, so I was satisfied. I would like to stay again next time.

Worst experience ever. The receptionist (a middle aged woman, I forgot her name, was extremely rude and unfriendly towards us throughout the entire stay. This woman is truly a shame for the hospitality business. I used to work in the hospitality business myself for many years but the way she deals with guests and their issues is simply disgusting. Furthermore, the rooms are very noisy and the beds are very uncomfortable. I am usually not a person who complains about any bad experiences I have but this experience was next level. I truly don’t recommend this place to anyone!!

While the hostel itself Is fine, clean and relatively well-kept, the lack of keys and the fact that each guest needs to ring the bell is a bit of a nightmare. As some guests were arriving quite late at night, the bell was ringing throughout the night and it was generally quite noisy. Make sure you pack some earplugs if you plan on staying here...

Excellent hotel in a super central location, practically on the Gran Via. Reception always present 24 hours a day. Staff are normal, rooms are very clean and modern, only the exterior is a little dated but still clean there too. I would happily return.

Just steps from the Gran Via you can rest like a king in this warm hostel run by its owners. Very good heating, excellent bathroom and a shower with very good pressure. Super highly recommended at a price that is more than affordable for Madrid. I return every time I visit the Spanish capital.

Excellent hotel in the center of Madrid. Small but clean room. New bathroom but without bidet. Staff always present and kind. They don't speak Italian. The systems need to be fixed. At night we could hear noises from neighboring rooms. Otherwise excellent stay
