Hello, good afternoon, I was a client of this hotel this past weekend and the power went out in my room. I spent my stay there in the dark, without the possibility of changing to another room. I was there from 1:30 am until almost 4 am with the guy at the reception who came to carry out several checks on the room, waiting for a solution, doing life without something as necessary and essential as electricity. The differential had tripped and not only that, now they are trying to blame me because perhaps I had charged a cell phone in poor condition, having to charge two cell phones at reception in the morning since there was no electricity. I have requested a refund of the money paid for services that I was not able to enjoy and they told me that the room was checked the next day and there was no damage. MY STAY IN DARK….WITHOUT LIGHT AND WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION…..NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
