HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA!!!! pasamos la estancia a oscuras, salto el diferencial y al pedir el reembolso de la cantidad abonada, nos han culpado argumentando que quizas hemos cargado un movil en mal estado. 173 euros habitacion superior solo alojamiento y estuvimos sin luz desde la 1.30 de la madrugada, pidiendo cargar el movil en recepcion ya que tampoco teniamos corriente electrica. nos pusieron un foco portatil para poder asearnos en el baño por la mañana. la direccion me ha denegado el reembolso.NO RECOMENDABLE!!!! LEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR......

Horrible…. It is dirty and a very bad service.. cannot recommend … We left as it was so dirty. They showed us 3 different rooms, one more broken and dirty then the other.. No service and no refunds. We went to 7 Islas hotel nearby and it was amazing..

Horrible, dirty, bad service left after 10 minutes and am not recommending this to anybody.. the towels dirty, the blankets sure haven’t been washed for years… abaluhotel is one and the same and the people working there are really incompetent. There was another girl in wheelchair and the way they treated her was horrible, she could not even get to the toilet in her room

We only stayed one night to visit the city center and the truth is that we were generally very happy with the room, with the location of the hotel in the Malasaña neighborhood and with the treatment of the staff who assisted us. You are about a five-minute walk from Gran Vía and there is a comfortable parking lot on Pizarro Street to leave your car. Without a doubt, a hotel with charm and details such as leaving fruit and muffins at your door in the morning...

Hello, good afternoon, I was a client of this hotel this past weekend and the power went out in my room. I spent my stay there in the dark, without the possibility of changing to another room. I was there from 1:30 am until almost 4 am with the guy at the reception who came to carry out several checks on the room, waiting for a solution, doing life without something as necessary and essential as electricity. The differential had tripped and not only that, now they are trying to blame me because perhaps I had charged a cell phone in poor condition, having to charge two cell phones at reception in the morning since there was no electricity. I have requested a refund of the money paid for services that I was not able to enjoy and they told me that the room was checked the next day and there was no damage. MY STAY IN DARK….WITHOUT LIGHT AND WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION…..NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Exceptional design and a unique place. I have read complaints about a worker in reviews. Well, I can affirm that your professionalism borders on excellence. Attention, affection and full disposition. I tried to book with a worderbox box and although they had availability for the dates I wanted they told me that they don't work worderbox on weekends, the guy changed his tone as soon as I told him about the box, he seemed a little unfriendly to me
