Location is great as it is in gran via (very center), supermarket 24 h in walking distance. Also with Mercado San Miguel very close and not to forget to mention San Gines Churros also only in walking distance. We love that they provide washing machine & dryer, fully kitchen equipment as we’re traveling as family and having all of this was really helpful. There was a welcome drink from the skybar so we can enjoy madrid sky at sunset time.

Good location service

A great place in all aspects: location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, breakfast (we didn't have lunch or dinner so I can't rate it), great dining room and sky bar staff, complete and good-sized rooms with everything you need. In short, the best quality-price for the center of Madrid. Despite being on Gran Vía, you couldn't hear almost anything so perfect soundproofing. We will repeat. Thank you for everything to everyone who took care of us.

The environment is very good, especially the terrace, which can directly see the callao square and the buildings in the direction of the Royal Palace of Madrid. On the other hand, you can see the snow-capped mountains surrounding Madrid. The only thing I'm not used to is that there seems to be no daily cleaning service. The garbage from the first day was not thrown away until the last day, which made people feel a little uncomfortable.

It's very good and very convenient, but it was a bit expensive at the time.

The location is super good. The subway is at the door. There is a 24-hour Carrefour within 200 meters away. A little walk across the street is the British Palace Department Store. It is convenient to go out for dining and shopping. There is a kitchen in the room where you can cook some simple food. It is recommended to go there Have a meal on the top floor, the view is beautiful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they gave us great recommendations for restaurants around the area.

This place has everything I was looking for. Nice cozy bed, a great sofa bed, kitchen, a washer/dryer plus pots & pans together with knife, fork and spoons! And the fridge isn’t a mini… it’s a proper fridge you can store any leftovers from restaurants in Madrid. The only problem was the a few stairs to get inside of the hotel but the front desk person helped me out. Celeste was all smile and super friendly. Her recommendation of cafe was awesome too. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Everyone from reception to rooftop bar were very nice and welcoming. Always available for any questions or requests. Though others comment the reception is small it is all about receiving the best customer service.

We stayed at the hotel for our Honeymoon and our experience was AMAZING! I cant wait to return! The room had everything we needed and more. Our view from our studio with terrace. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. The bed was comfortable and there was ample lighting. If you are American, dont forget your adapter for the plugs. Check out the rooftop bar while you are there.

We opted to include the breakfast with our stay. What a great decision - lots of variety, including made to order eggs and crêpes. Everything was delicious and fresh. The wait staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome.

Excellent location of the hotel to access visiting points. Restaurant at the top has a good view at the terrace and the quality of foods and the service were also excellent. The only inconvenience was no lighting above dining table due to the malfunction of the system.

Very helpful and friendly staff coupled with excellent location made a very enjoyable stay. Rooftop bar was a highlight of the stay !!! Apartment was clean comfy and we had an inward facing suite so nice and quite at night
