We extend one more night. They gave another welcome drinks. Very friendly staff. However in the evening the other staff were bit rude. When we ask for the water they said you can drink water directly from the tap in madrid and there was another staff at the counter which says " there is a store outside and you can buy". That didnt sounds like good attitude, after paying 300 euros plus per night and for a 4 star the services and attitude of the staff could be better.

Location is great as it is in gran via (very center), supermarket 24 h in walking distance. Also with Mercado San Miguel very close and not to forget to mention San Gines Churros also only in walking distance.
We love that they provide washing machine & dryer, fully kitchen equipment as we’re traveling as family and having all of this was really helpful.
There was a welcome drink from the skybar so we can enjoy madrid sky at sunset time.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a simple kitchen and washing machine. The location is very good, right on Gran Vía. The breakfast is also good, you can order food, and the restaurant overlooks the old town of Madrid by the window. The front desk is very enthusiastic and greets you every time you pass by. The only drawback is that the room is not cleaned every day.

A great place in all aspects: location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, breakfast (we didn't have lunch or dinner so I can't rate it), great dining room and sky bar staff, complete and good-sized rooms with everything you need. In short, the best quality-price for the center of Madrid. Despite being on Gran Vía, you couldn't hear almost anything so perfect soundproofing.
