Location near Prosperidad metro, convenient with supermarkets nearby. Hotel is ideal for short stay :) Cosy room

The hotel is very new and very clean. The only drawback is that the room is relatively small.

Very clean little hotel, everything was as expected. The hotel is very close to the subway and there are not many food options nearby. Recommended. My first choice hotel in Madrid next time!

At first, I was afraid because the area was quiet. I wasn't sure if it was a safe area. But it was OK. The hotel itself is great! Clean, relaxing, big TV, good bed, good breakfast… And the staff are very kind and nice. When I had a problem and needed to make a phone call in Spanish, the staff helped me and called for me. Additionally, she searched a lot to help me. It was so helpful.

Room was small but completely functional. Nice large balcony. Bathroom was huge. Water pressure was good. Breakfast was great. More options than I thought there would be. My biggest and only complaint was the overwhelming cologne smell in the lobby. It was honestly oppressive and not a great welcome.

The hotel is located on a quiet street and the beds are very comfortable - we had great sleep. On the other hand, the room was quite small. Not a problem since we spent most of the time outside, but you better be prepared that there is not much space. Location is good with several bakeries, tapas restaurants, and famous churros in the immediate vicinity. Metro station only 5 mins away. However note that it will take you about 30 minutes to get to the Madrid city center. Also, currently due to some upgrade works on the metro network, Atocha station is not connected by metro so easiest to get there from the hotel is by Uber or taxi, else you need to take a bus. The property is new so everything is well maintained.

Friendly staff .. comfy rooms ..good Breakfast..6-8 mins walk from metro or bus station ...good option if you plan to attend a Real Madrid game (22mins walking) .. restaurants and conv.stores around ... all was good for me!

Good location, next to Prosperidad metro Station ; very clean, modern, comfy bed, huge tv screen, minibar, spaceful closet, bathroom amenities were a nice surprise! The reception and cafeteria staff îs very welcoming, careful and polite. And breakfast îs fresh, spanish and plenty. Highly recommended!

Not right in the center, but in a nice well-connected area. Spotlessly clean, great breakfast, comfy beds and friendly staff. Just two very small observations: 1. the glass bathroom door which does not close lets the light pass to whoever is in the room 2. the bathroom radiator switch placed next to the light one and it is not clear when it is on or off

The hotel is very clean and the front desk people are vey nice and friendly. It’s also situated in a nice area of Madrid. The rooms are very specious
