The guy at the front desk was very welcoming. It's near the museum area. The breakfast was very rich. Overall it was good.

This is a downtown motel with no view.
Breakfast and service were ok
The parking lot and rooms were like an inn.
Accommodation is also very small..

You can only recommend the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff, great location, clean rooms (especially the beds are very comfortable) and the adjacent park invites you to linger. The great roof terrace with the excellent view over Madrid should not go unmentioned. We would like to come again.

We were satisfied in general for our short stay, but for a 4 star hotel we expected a larger room with a decent closet. The closet space was extremely limited, and so the room could include strategically placed hooks to help make up for the lack of closet space. There was barely room to walk around and we only had 1 suitcase and 2 carry-ons. Nowhere to place them but on the floor.
The staff were very nice, polite, and helpful. We found the hotel's restaurant to be a very convenient option/amenity.

The location is superb. The hotel breakfast was good. The bed very comfortable, shower was great. The only thing that ruined our stay was our last night due to our neighbors wild night at their room. At about 5:00 am we were woken up to a ramping noise that didn’t let us sleep for about an hour. We called front desk to tell them what was happening , they said they would take care of it, but nothing happened. Such a disappointment, we were still settling in from the jet lag since we were their only 2 nights. They need to have security and be more aware of these things.
