I unfortunately had an awful stay at the hotel.
- I had not received the entry code in advance to access the building so had to wait under the rain
- The hotel had no information that breakfast was included in my fare.
- There is 0 common space to have breakfast, you need to eat it in your room at your small desk.
- Extremely noisy both at night (music and bad insonorisation) and during the day (the stairs are under renovation). People next door actually checked out earlier cause they couldn't handle the noise
- As the stairs were under renovation, the elevator was the only possible way to go upstairs. On top of this, the elevator got stuck with people inside and was out of service as well for 24h.
- The room was rundown, only a thin blanket
- Paid 140 euros per night which was definitely overpriced for this kind of place and felt like a scam
The only good thing was the location I would say.

Nice Bed and Breakfast in the centre of Madrid. The neighbourhood of Malasaña is very characteristic and rich of restaurants and local shops. The rooms are small but clean and well organised. The staff of the hotel is polite and welcoming. We had a very good experience here.

I really enjoyed my stay at CC Malasaña. The room was modern and the facilities were excellent. The location was perfect with close access to the Metro which made getting anywhere in the city easy. My only complaint was the amount of dust behind the TV and on top of the shelves, it was clear this hadn't been touched for a while. Otherwise, I'd have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Room is really good, clean and renewed probably. The location is perfect, at the city center, near to everything, you don't need public transportation. Just for the breakfast, I think they should add other thing to it, it is not enough, I am not a person who eats a lot but I stay hungry when I finish it.

DON`T BOOK IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP IN PEACE BECAUSE LOUD MUSIC FROM CLUB IS A NIGHTMARE AND ACCOMODATION DOESN`T CARE OF ISSUING ANY REFUNDS TO CLIENTS WHO HAD THEIR HOLIDAY WEEKEND RUINED!!!!!! PLEASE REFER TO MY SCREENSHOTS FROM WHATSAPP CONVERSATION WITH ACCOMODATION

Hotel in one of the central districts of the city with small but comfortable rooms. Good wifi connection. Reception staff attentive and friendly. Possibility to leave luggage both at check in and at check out! The only thing is the decidedly poor breakfast

Very well located. Comfortable and clean room, as well as the bathroom. Not very personalized service because there is no reception. Breakfast is included but there is no dining room for breakfast, which is a problem because you have to eat it in your room without much space for it.
