Great place to stay. It is very simple, but super clean and comfortable. I was expecting much less for the price I paid. Thank you very much. Also they were available by phone all the time and ready to help.

There were no clear instructions to enter the room, especially there is no front desk, and they couldn't speak English .

The guidance was very torturous, and there was no explanation in advance that online check-in was required. After arriving at the hotel, we waited outside the door for a long time. There were no employees inside the hotel, and there was no front desk. It was not until we found their nameplate that we contacted them via WhatsApp. Although there is an elevator, we had to carry our luggage up to the first floor. The room was very small and it was difficult for two people to move around after unpacking our luggage. We requested a single bed in advance, but it was not provided, and there was no hairdryer. The only thing worthy of praise is that the room hygiene is good.

The building you saw online when booking was not what the hotel looked like, so it took a little more time to find it! The hotel gate was closed at that time, and I thought it was closed. Later, I found a small box on the side with a hotel card inside. There was a WhatsApp number on it. After adding it to my mobile phone, I was finally able to contact the person in charge. The so-called "VIP check-in service" They used Whatapps to teach us how to do online check-in. We had to stand in front of the gate and it took dozens of minutes to complete all the procedures and get the gate password and room number! The outline says "non-24-hour front desk service" actually means there is no front desk service! There are no water cups, hair dryers or air conditioners in the room! The person in charge said that the room would be cleaned and towels changed every two days, but we did not have these services during our three-day stay! We booked a twin room, but there was only one double room!

On the first day me and my partner were delighted, but on the second day, on a Sunday around 8pm, they were painting the ceiling of the entrance and the painters, when they heard the door they did not stop painting and in conclusion I had the clothes with paint, arms and legs, sneakers, all with white paint and all that because the painters didn't want to stop for a minute. The rest went well.

The location is very good, right in the city center, and it only takes about 20 minutes to walk to the two British palaces. Check-in is very convenient. After communicating with the hotel through Ctrip, the hotel will send an email with the gate password and room key password.

We were not warned that there would be no reception upon our arrival. The process took a long time but I have to admit that the girl who helped us on the phone was very attentive and it seems that the error is on the part of the booking platform. The room is simple but with everything you need and clean. Without much noise, although it is true that you can hear everything because the doors do not insulate very well.

The location of the hotel is very central and well located, good cleanliness and good price quality. Before entering the hotel, Marisa, from the hotel staff, assisted us by phone wonderfully and explained to us how to check in online, since in this hotel it is done that way (something that Trip.com should explain and is not indicated) .

I did not receive any email to check in online, nor any link, it is important to do it before.

The rooms are very nice but small. Very friendly staff, it is almost self service with no reception. You will ring the bell and will welcome you and show you to your room. Some noise. Good value for thew price.
