The location is perfect, lots to see and eat around it. The bed mattresses were a bit too soft and we didn’t get coffee refills, but everything else was smooth.

Decent last minute option but cleanliness left something to be desired. Also, the room had a foul odor but bedsheets appeared to be clean. Couch had stains on it. Very convenient location for train transport directly from airport and good sized space but not a true one bedroom as we booked.

There are three 60 Balconies properties all within a short distance of each other in Madrid. This one is 60 Balconies- Art. When researching (and arriving..!) make sure you have the right one. This one is really well located - just across from the main train station, and a short distance to many of the major art galleries and cultural institutions. It is a short walk to both the botanical and El Retiro gardens. We had a two bathroom/two bedroom apartment. (One bathroom is an ensuite off the main bedroom). The apartment had a well appointed kitchen - although no guide to work that we think was an oven (?) and a machine that looked like a coffee maker. The crockery had seen better days, however for the short times we were actually in the apartment and not outdoors enjoying everything Madrid had to offer; it wasn't really an issue. The lounge is spacious - but like most places we stayed on this trip why is there only one two seater couch in an apartment that caters for four...? The location is a standout - just ignore the fast food chains and garishly lit cafes around the outside of the building. Its just a short walk or a quick taxi ride to all you need. Oh and there is a metro stop right outside the door...

The one-bedroom we booked turned out to be a loft, and Ctrip never mentioned it in either text or photos! Not suitable for the elderly and children. The location is very convenient, there is a subway station in front of the door, and it takes 10 minutes to get to the train station! The floor of the space building is high, so the air conditioner needs to be turned on for a long time to feel comfortable. There was something wrong with the design of the dining table, and it hit the legs several times. The chandelier was extremely short, and I bumped my head several times... The last elevator is a bit scary, it makes strange noises...

The location is very good. The station is just across the road. It is a homestay. You need to ring the door to notify the staff on the second floor to open the door. The room is two-story. You can take a shower and sleep on the upper floor. You can also sleep alone on the lower floor. You can also cook. There is a small balcony. It's great

The location is very good, you can walk to the Prado Museum and Retiro Park, and there are many restaurants. But the room is almost the same as a homestay, the bathroom drainage is not very good, and the room facilities are clean but not new.

The transportation is very convenient, with a subway right outside. There are also many choices for light meals, from early brunch to late midnight snacks. The accommodation environment is both modern and convenient, with elevators and self-service card returns, and classic, with quaint spiral escalators and large hand-pull curtains. (Remember to check your email for the password at any time, it may change on the same day, haha)

I had to watch a soccer game, check in in the evening, and then take the first train back to Barcelona, ​​so I decided to stay here, which is right near Atocha Station. The station was close and the room was very spacious with two bedrooms. There was a store nearby that was open until late, which was convenient. It would have been great to have disposable slippers and a toothbrush.

The room is very suitable for a family of three, especially I can watch the European Cup in the living room without disturbing their sleep. The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the subway entrance, very convenient to go anywhere. The downside is that the curtains are not light-blocking, and I was woken up by the sun early

Environment: Close to the train station, but the surrounding area is also quite messy, with street vendors at the door. The hotel room decoration is a bit old, and the bathroom is very small. Hygiene: Cleaned every day, but basically just making the bed, the floor is full of hair and not cleaned, the bathroom towels are very dirty, and I used the washing machine on the first day of my stay and found underwear left by the previous guest in it

I had a great time. When I asked for the towels to be replaced, they were replaced immediately, and when I checked in late, they were also able to help. If I had to say something, I didn't really understand how to use the washing machine in the room, so I wish there was a guide on how to use it, and I thought it would have been even better if the lighting in the living room was a little brighter.

A pleasant surprise! The location is amazing, just a five-minute walk from the station, and the suitcase is easy to carry. The room is also very good, and the staff is friendly. Great value for money
