I have been staying for seven days, And they only provide me two bottles of 250ml water in this seven days, no refill, and they are selling water bottle for 2.5 euro at lobby.
Could be more ESG friendly if you can give me option no to replace my tower everyday

Room is quite small for three adults and the room is not really sound-proof, can hear the people talking/TV sounds. However, it is quite convenience to get to Plaza de toros Monumental de Las Ventas. Also, there's a supermarket nearby!

Location was to take an 7minutes to get to subway and can reach to heart of mardrid around 15minutes. so no problem with location.
The service was good enough for me.
The room was very clean and wide.
They have good breakfast restaurant so that we spent all morning there to eat and talk too much.

but! The guy at the hotel front desk initially gave us a rubbish room at the bottom of the corridor with a very small room and an air conditioner outside the window. It looked like a workshop. It is close to 2 subway stations. It is recommended to go to the nearest one and get on and off the train (you need to transfer one more train, but it is more convenient).
