This hostel was nice since it was very modern, had clean rooms, and provided great service. The location was also great since it is in the heart of the Madrid close to all the action. The wifi signal in the rooms was good but the only thing I did not like was the fact that the rooms were expensive for a hostel experience.

Very nicely located hostel. Does not feel like a one star. One down side is that there is no free luggage storage, you have to pay for a locker at the basement.

Generator Madrid was an amazing location! Located in the heart of Madrid and was super convenient. Everything was walkable distance. Place was also clean and very smartly designed. Service staffs were also really nice and helpful. Just a pity that toilet amenities were not provided (no soap/shampoo/towels, all had to be paid for). Hairdryer was available but needed a 20 euros cash deposit (returned upon return of hairdryer).

The wifi was so bad and overall experience not so great. Bunch random light in our room, and a sensor for the light in bathroom that wake up everyone because it's to bright in 4am... No rooftop because it was "too cold" out... Won't go there again.

A very clean hostel, and the location is good, very close to metro station. The price is not expensive, worth to live there!

Don't forget to bring towels and toiletries. Rentals are expensive. Towels, locker locks, soap, etc. The top bunk bed was so high that it was scary to go up and down. The location is very good. I was nervous as it was my first time traveling alone, but the 24-hour lounge space was bright and encouraging. Hostels are good because you can talk to your roommates. The bed has a light and a charging cord for your convenience.

Clean, comfortable and very functional. Apple TV settings are deleted when you leave the hotel, which is cool

I have stayed in so many youth hostels in different countries in Europe, but this is the only one that charges for luggage storage after check-out. The service at the front desk is really average. The bed has no curtains and the hygiene is average. I will not book this one again. Well, my flight is at 10:30 pm. It seems that I have to drag my suitcase around for a whole day.

The room facilities are pretty good for a youth hostel, and the room is clean. The room is a little small, but it's basically enough. The location is super good, it's only a minute's walk from the subway station, and the main attractions are within walking distance. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, which is quite convenient.

The location is very good, suitable for multi-person dormitories. There are no disposable items, slippers, hair dryers, bath products, or towels. Just treat it as a school dormitory.

It was very easy to find, it has a panel with the name throughout the building. It has 24-hour customer service and that made my arrival easier and a great way to check in after 11 pm. Very cordial, attentive and friendly service, with explanation of the areas and other very positive It was on the 5th floor, the room was clean, the bathroom too, the bed very comfortable with a charger input at the headboard. The lockers in the room are very spacious and clean. On the first floor there was the restaurant for breakfast, rest areas, lockers, really everything was very complete. I loved the area, almost nowhere near the metro in the central area, I could walk to Plaza España and surrounding areas without a problem in less than 10 minutes. If I had to choose accommodation without hesitation I would return to this one!
