Noisy horrible room but clean walls very thin kept awake until 2 am by noisy people in the near by rooms also every time someone used bathrooms noisy rattling pipes worst accommodation I have used in spain for proberly 15 years also staff not very friendly

Viky is an OK choice when you just need a place to sleep a night. Positive and negative to say: +location: very close to the airport, but not a walking distance +price: half or one-third compared to other Madrid airport hotels +free airport shuttle +spacious and clean room & bathroom -very poor soundproof and as it is for airport passangers, people are more or less coming and going throughout the night. Every sound from the corridor, rooms and streets are heard. -no breakfast available -no elevator: a bit tough with heavy luggage

The hostel is very close to the airport. Great short stop over Free shuttle service to and from the airport. You just contact staff once outside the terminal and collection is within ten minutes Rooms are basic but clean Lots of places to eat close by We are booking again for next year

Fantastic service pick up from the airport . Very comfortable private room and very clean . Found a square full of bars two minutes walk away . Train station a few minutes walk away takes you to all main stations . Great for early airport or late arrivals.

Clean, comfortable and close to airport. Air conditioning was welcome. We chose this for the free shuttle bus service as we arrived late at night. Good friendly service but some confusion with the system. We were told to message when we arrived - we did so but there was no answer. The bus is scheduled for every half an hour, which we didn’t know. It did eventually turn up.

My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights for 3 reasons: the low price per night, close proximity to the Madrid airport & free shuttle service to the airport & the good reviews posted about this hotel. I am, however, giving it a pretty poor rating because of the following. We had 2 lg suitcases each with additional carryon bags, & with no elevator to our floor/room, we had to lug them upstairs ourselves. I guess an elevator is not a problem if you only have a few or small luggage to carry on your own upstairs. The male and female staff during the day were not very friendly & pretty much did not want to be bothered with our questions. We got separate rooms as we both snore, yet the walls are paper thin, & we could hear each other snoring next door as well as people talking loudly in their rooms across the hall. Room & bath not bad but shower is way too small & 1 can barely turn around in it. Our shuttle to airport was to leave at 7:00 am yet the driver did not show up till after 7:00, did not assist any of us (4 in the van) with getting our luggage into or out of the van & dropped us off at the "arrival" section of the airport instead of the "departure" section causing us to have to walk a long way to get to the area to check into our flight & luggage drop off. Next time we make this trip we will find a different hotel close to the airport to stay in.

We chose this hotel as it provided free airport shuttle which saved us quite a few euros in taxis. One review said the staff were rude! I strongly disagree with this and found the ones we came into contact with very helpful. Special mention to the lovely man who took us to the airport at 4am. The hotel was very clean but basic but for about 68 euros a night what do people expect especially in Madrid. There was a nice square nearby with a few restaurants and bars and we had a nice meal. It is also within walking distance of the main street with lots of little quaint shops and a supermarket. We bought iced coffees and snacks to have the following morning as we were not sure if anywhere would be open at the airport. As it so happened we were right as cafes did not start opening until 7am in terminal 2. Maybe different in other terminals. All things considered I would certainly use them again for a layover.
