It was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. I was glad that there was a refrigerator in the room. The front desk staff were always smiling and polite.

I stayed here twice. One time the room was very small, and the other time the room was OK. There was no breakfast service, and there was no luggage storage service. However, the front desk provided free coffee, hot and cold water, ice cubes, and biscuits, which was quite warm. The only bad thing is that the online signal is very weak. You have to register to use their network to get a signal. If you use your own phone card to access the Internet, there is basically no signal.

This hotel is very close to the Atocha train station. It only takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk there. The transportation is very convenient. The room is not big, but it is very clean. The staff were friendly and it was nice to have free coffee and water on the first floor.
I arrived a little early, but they changed my room and even gave me an early check-in. You are very kind.
The location was also convenient to Atocha Station and the center, so it was easy to move around the city!

No AC super small and dirty not what the pictures shows on ******* is the worst of the trip not recommended at all we rented 5 rooms and they were all the same and we have pictures to prove it

The staff was excellent. Ice water and coffee in the lobby anytime you wanted was a lovely touch. The king size bed was quite comfortable. The room was clean. Unfortunately the room itself needs some attention and was quite an awkward set up. Only a part wall between the toilet and sink and no door. The separate shower was fine although it took a while for the hot water to get there. Location was good. The little restaurant close to the hotel was excellent, in particular for breakfast. See photo

Did not like- when opening window in evening too many cooking smells came wafting into our room…not sure where that was coming from, but was unpleasant. Also, shower needs a bath mat-dangerously slippery when wet. Otherwise room was fine.
