Loved staying here. Room is nice & pretty. Common space is very cosy and great for working or chilling with friends. This place has a great, very convenient self check-in system, doors can be open from your phone or with a pin-code.

I had a great experience staying here. Seamless communication & entry process. Perfect little room for a solo traveler - clean, space to lay out your belongings. Everything was clean, shower had good pressure. Would definitely recommend for a simple, clean & affordable option in Madrid. It’s not the most centrally located but easy to access and find transportation.

Very cost-effective, suitable for a business trip. The room is relatively small, but the sanitary conditions are very good. All self-service. Someone will send information in advance. It is in the Chinese gathering area. There are many Chinese people nearby.

Overall, I was satisfied. It was like a single dormitory room. It was indeed quiet and clean. The self-service check-in was also convenient and friendly to people. Because I had an early morning flight, the hotel could not store my luggage all the time, which was very inconvenient. I found a storage point on Gran Via. The subway in Madrid is too unfriendly. Many things rely on manual transportation. I suggest that the hotel provide a self-service storage room.

It's really good if you live by yourself. Reasonable price and clean room. But there is no service. It's completely self-service and they can't help you store your luggage (I didn't see any staff in 4 days, hahaha, but it's quite quiet). I booked an extra day just to store my things when I arrived.
