Beautiful brand-new hotel located near Madrid airport. We booked this hotel for our last night traveling all over Spain due to its location near airport and its free shuttle service to the airport. We were surprised by the beautiful hotel and our spacious room; our bed was comfortable, and we had a beautiful bathroom. Excellent and friendly service from all staff, got to talk and meet a few of the staff members. The rooftop bar and pool area are amazing. Had a drink at the rooftop bar overlooking the city and airport at night and the view is amazing. We did not eat at the restaurant because we had to do some last-minute shopping, so we went walking and found that the hotel is located in a nice family neighborhood. A supermarket, other restaurants and shops are nearby. The only error we made in our whole Spain trip was taking a very expensive and overcharged taxi ride from the Madrid Atocha train station to this hotel. We should have taken the train from Atocha train station to the airport and then taken the hotel shuttle bus to the hotel. So be careful with disinformation on how to do transportation in Spain.

Another visit to the INNSIDE GRAN VÍA. We find it very convenient every time we have to come to the central station. It is a very comfortable and functional hotel. The price increase, as in all of Madrid, is very considerable. We end up sleeping on a bench in the Retiro Park.

La verdad es que es un hotel completo, dado que tienes todo lo que un hotel cercano al aeropuerto puede tener... Hicimos uso del AD, bar y del bar de la azotea. Está todo muy bien..lo único que no me convence es el mobiliario en el desayunador,dado que si hay un finde con movimiento, no encontramos una mesa "normal" con sillas cómodas....a la vista es precioso el mobiliario,pero el uso no es el mejor/comodo. Pero todo ha ido muy bien en general.

Por necesidades nos alojamos en este hotel durante 4 días, apenas llevaba funcionando un mes, es una pasada de hotel . Las habitaciones super bonitas , limpias y cómodas.. , super bonito, terraza y piscina ultimo piso, en el segundo zona gimnasio, abajo cafetería restaurante, terraza exterior .... por poner una pega, mas que pega es una manía mia, las ventanas de nuestras habitaciones no podían abrirse. en las proximidades hay de todo, farmacia, cafeterías, restaurantes, supermercados, centros médicos.... y como no el aeropuerto ! , La atención del personal de 10, la att telefónica para reserva de 10, como siempre un Melia es la mejor apuesta. Lo recomiendo 100 x 100 Gracias por todo!

Magnífica reciente opción cerca del aeropuerto. Es un nuevo hotel vinculado con la cadena Melia. De una línea vanguardista y trato coloquial, pero educado, del personal, el hotel tiene una decoración y ambiente muy agradable. Las habitaciones están cómodamente diseñadas. Incluye shuttle con aeropuerto aunque solo a la T4. Buen precio y magnífica alternativa a los existentes. Buen detalle de llegada a la habitación. Como mejoras: no ponen zapatillas ni albornoz en la habitación, atienden poco el tfno. en recepción (de 15 llamadas no me atendieron ni una sola, ni siquiera desde habitación), shuttle a otras terminales y shuttle a salidas (no solo a llegadas).

Estamos de paso porque mañana tenemos un vuelo a primera hora, pero está siendo una experiencia fantástica. El personal súper amable, desde el chico que nos ha recogido en la T4 a la recepcionista con mención especial a Ricardo, el jefe de sala del restaurante. Hemos ido a cenar sin muchas expectativas y ha sido genial, el servicio muy rápido y atento, y la comida espectacular. De precio bastante bien para la calidad. El sábado que viene, nos vemos de nuevo! Las habitaciones amplias, bonitas y modernas con unas camas muy cómodas.
