Feelathome Ventas Suites

The property was very clean and well equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. Conveniently located a 3 minute walk to the underground, you can be anywhere in Madrid easily. The neighborhood is quiet and safe so we walked everywhere. We would stay there again.

The location was good. Nice Neighborhood. Close to main avenue with cafes, restaurants and groceries. Some 4 blocks from the metro stations of Ventas and Manuel Serrano. The bathroom was small with flimsy pieces.

Would have liked a small mirror in the room as well as bathroom. Larger mugs to drink from. Room a little noisy with fridge, air con and bin men passing window every night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to metro station and local shops. Enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic and new apar**ents within 5-8 min walk to the nearest underground station, which will take you to the city centre of Madrid in no time. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of pans and utensils the apar**ents were provided with, in case you want to cook anything. And the fridge was also big enough. Everything is new and the bed and pillows are super comfy. However, the apar**ents are not cleaned during your stay (regardless of how long you stay) unless you pay 30€ for it... and you are not provided with anything to clean yourself either. That's a bit cheeky... And for such new apar**ents, the sound insulation with other apar**ents and the corridor is really bad. One would have thought that not hearing conversations happening on the corridor is something basic to have been considered at design stage. Despite the above, I would consider coming back to these apar**ents due to their location and installations.

Truly excellent stay. Paloma is a magnificent host and we will definitely stay there on our next visit to Madrid.

Very nice little hotel, clean, comfortable and in a good location.

The location was great, the suite was everything we could have asked for. Check in was very easy. The person at front desk was so nice, gave us excellent recommendations; she was extremely helpful! We definitely recommend this as perfect place to stay in Madrid.j

Overall the and place was clean, except for one blanket that was dirty. Some cups were also dirty. It was obvious that the people who stayed before us, didn't washed them. Communication was good and the two ladies in charge were very kind and helpful.
