The Room was ok. However, the bathroom was often dirty, what not really the fault of the staff is but because of people not being considered of the shared bathroom.

Very noisy day and night you can hear from the other room next door voice they are fighting very loud loud voice its disturbing very bad the worst hostel never booked in that hostel ever😡😡😡😡

The door is not soundproof, you can hear the noise in other people's rooms 😂 The wall partitions are a little better. Room 401 actually has to climb 6 floors, there is no elevator, and the stairs are narrow and two people can't fit side by side. Hair dryers are not available on every floor, which is not very convenient. This can really be improved. The quilt in the room is actually a blanket and not very thick. The heating in the room needs to be turned on in winter. It is very close to the cuatro Caminos subway, and it is very fast to get off at the opera, 6 stops from the Royal Palace of Madrid. It is very convenient to eat and drink around. McDonald's, Burger King, Carrefour supermarket, Turkish kebab, etc.

The receptionist Mikow, a guy from Cuba, is very polite, solves problems quickly, and patiently made everything easy for our check-in.
What I didn't like is that the ad doesn't say that the hotel has 5 floors and they are all with stairs. To get to the first floor we had to climb three stairs.
The bathroom didn't have shampoo and conditioner as it said.
But the location is very good for the price.
