Family-friendly Hotels in Madrid

It's in a relatively central location on Gran Vía, only a few minutes away from the Grand Palace. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. There is an Argentinian restaurant near the hotel, and many stars check in here.

This hotel deserves a perfect score. It is classical and exquisite everywhere. Everywhere you can touch is full of texture, which cannot be reflected by the camera. For example, the floor is heavy. There is a subway station at the door, which is convenient for going everywhere. The room has a balcony and two-layer windows to ensure that there is no noise at night. We booked a very cheap price, but it is the most classical and exquisite hotel in two weeks. Free coffee is provided, and fresh milk is placed for guests to make coffee at night. I am willing to stay here again when I come to Madrid in the future.

The hotel I stayed at on this business trip was near the Atocha subway station. There is mcdonald downstairs, as well as other cafes and restaurants The hotel staff is very friendly. I tried calling uber eats. Staff can help communicate with the delivery person on the phone The hotel has a self-service drinking water machine,

Was memorable and outstanding property, we came from hospitality experience in dubai and indeed I can say that’s hyatt regency Madrid on the same level of dubai hotels, the room clean and homey, service team very helpful and exceeding guest expectations, especially to mention the front office team, they manage to organize for me flower and cake for my wife birthday apart of they were being able to book for me dinner in Lena restaurant, absolutely will be recommending your property to everyone in dubai, well done to the Managment for their encouragement and training for the team at the hotel.

It is difficult reviewing Hotel Indigo Princesa because I have the great fortune of staying in many IHG properties including Indigos and I am pretty sure this should be a Holiday Inn fronted property and not Indigo. The location is great due to the proximity to the Metro, a departmental store and many dining options. But if you like to walk, it will take you about 20 minutes to get to the city centre in Sol. I have read horror stories of the service at the reception and was preparing myself for the worse but the men at the counter were not so bad. They were always polite (without a smile) and did their best with limited English capabilities. Though guy who checked me out on my last day on 27 July at 3am was really good! (please give him more morning/afternoon shift!) My Platinum status was also recognised but I’m not sure whether the room was upgraded. The room and bathroom are basic. Room is a little too dark though. For a 3 stars property, I appreciate there were in room slippers, ironing board and international news channels. My room came with a shared balcony on the second floor some may like it, some may find it weird. The male supervisor at the breakfast is excellent, makes my morning a little better. Breakfast is basic and the restaurant menu for lunch and dinner was small, I had two tacos which tasted better than it looked. If this was pegged to a Holiday Inn standard then it would receive a higher rating BUT for an Indigo property, it’s a tiny bit disappointing. But it’s not a bad stay but unworthy of the “Upscale” Indigo brand.

The hotel is very good. The room is very good. The room is very big. The privacy is very good. The service is super super. We put the luggage in the room when we were in Checkin. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the central area. The walk is about 20 minutes. There is nothing to go around. The subway station is ok, but it is not convenient. The main attractions are not direct.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is relatively small, which means a convenient hotel. The triple room we ordered is actually very small and very crowded. The bathroom is big, so we can just stay for one night. The bed was not very comfortable, I took a taxi to Madrid airport early in the morning, 30 euros, you can ask the front desk to order a car, 30 euros is a fixed price

Not short of amazing. The hotel is in the heart of Madrid - close to all key attractions, restaurants, and shopping. A 5 star experience. The staff truly makes you feel like you are a special guest. the room has automated curtains, a luxury mini bar, and a bed that is so comfortable you may have trouble getting out of it. You can request the type of pillow you would like to sleep on via an iPad system. Most TV channels are in Spanish - hardly any English channels. The bedroom has a walk-in closet which is very convenient to store all your luggage. What I did miss was a mirror in front of the desk especially to do your makeup. The bathroom is luxurious and has the best amenities. It has a walking shower and a full bathtub with bathrobes and slippers. It also has a separate toilet area. The iPad has all the information for the hotel. You can order anything you require from the hotel and have it delivered at a specific time, which was impressive however I had tested this and the items did not arrive so I reverted to the old telephone call where it was delivered in minutes. It has a 4 story spa area which includes the gym and a pool with a jacuzzi area. There was a lot of space in the reception area to socialize and not feel overcrowded. The only reason I would give this hotel a four star is because of the breakfast, for a 5-star hotel, I was expecting more from the breakfast but everything made up for it.

The hotel is in an ideal location, quiet, safe, and near fun neighborhood shops and cafes. It is also close to many of the major tourist destinations in Madrid, whether by Uber, taxi, Metro, or just walking. On arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff and Cava and was able to check in early. The room was upgraded, which was another pleasant surprise. This hotel is intimate, which allows for a personalized experience. I dined at the restaurant for dinner and found the food and service to be excellent. I also had drinks on the outdoor patio, which was lovely. The thing that stood out the most, though, was the front desk service. They were incredibly helpful, allowing me to continue on my way forward after my two-day stay. Thank you all! If you like a more boutique and curated experience, I highly recommend the Relais and Chateaux brand and this hotel in particular.

It is about 1 to 2 minutes on foot from Gran Via subway station. Because it is on the side street of the main street, there is no noise. The room is small but adequate. The shower room was small, but it was a multifunctional shower. The wonderful thing is breakfast. Bread, nuts, cheese, prosciutto and drink are all the best. It is strongly recommended to have breakfast when you stay.
