Vitium Urban Suites

Madrid City Center
The location of the hotel is excellent, the price is very affordable, the rooms are clean, the facilities are complete, the soundproofing effect is very good, and overall it is a great place!
Sercotel Convention Plaza Madrid

The room was large, and the two of us did not feel small with the two children. Fill in according to the actual number of people when booking, no extra money is required for check-in. In addition, the parking fee written in the hotel description is actually free of charge. Hotel facilities are good, the beds are particularly comfortable, one small disadvantage is that there is no place to hang clothes and bath towels. It is difficult to dry clothes after washing.
AC Hotel Coslada Aeropuerto

Oh goodness where to start.... After a couple of weeks of traveling we were ending our trip with a night at the AC Hotel near the airport for ease of travel the next morning. We arrived and met Carmen, she is AMAZING! Bottom line when my friend made the reservation she made it for October 30th, not October 29th, and the hotel was full. After some mad typing and serious looking on the computer Carmen found us the very last room in the hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous, well appointed, and really comfortable, very sad we were only able to enjoy it for one evening. DON'T USE THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE!!!! So, the next morning, we used the airport shuttle service, OMG! The shuttle driver the next morning if it was on a rating system the star would have to start with a negative. She was unkind, unhelpful, and REALLY RUDE! Be aware when you are using this service you better do your research and know the specific terminal you are flying out of, not the airline, as she will rain hell down on your head. Thank goodness the staff in the hotel was so wonderful, professional, and terrific, couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend this property.
Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas
4.4/588 Reviews
I recently stayed at this Novotel hotel for a business trip. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was quite disappointing. They asked me to have a seat and promised to assist me shortly. However, if the staff member attending to you is occupied with premium clients, you'll be left forgotten in a corner. It was disheartening to see other guests who arrived after me being served before me. Moreover, the way the queue was managed was problematic since even if another staff member was available, they didn't approach you spontaneously. This was not what I expected from a Novotel. The hotel is shared between two brands: Ibis Styles on the lower floors and Novotel on the higher ones, with a common lobby. Consequently, the hotel felt very family-oriented and noisy, lacking the usual upscale atmosphere associated with Novotel. On a positive note, the room itself was clean, spacious, and adequate. However, the combination of two hotels into one and the underwhelming check-in experience did not impress me. I will not consider staying at this hotel for my future trips to Madrid. Therefore, I cannot recommend it.
Axor Barajas

It’s not far from the airport, but there’s really nothing around it. It’s suitable for temporary overnight travelers. The room is clearly triple. I don’t know why there is only one big bed. ? ? Then I equipped a small sofa, so my son can only sleep on the sofa.
Pullman Madrid Airport & Feria
4.3/579 Reviews
The hotel probably was built in the 90s so the facilities are a bit worn out. But we had a very comfortable stay there. The hotel is quite clean and staffs are friendly. Good value if you need to catch a morning flight. They don’t offer the free shuttle bus to the airport anymore but the subway is very close by, 3-4 minutes walk. The food in the bar restaurants can be improved.
