Everything OK The negative thing is the lady in the room who is not very helpful and has an arrogant manner. Then another thing to change is the kitchen. 4 of us were sick after one dinner. It looks more like a school canteen than a restaurant. absolutely poor. these are the things that make the difference

The staff were amazing!! The experience was so lovely! The staff made us feel like we were family! The food was amazing and the restaurant was incredible. Dishes changed every evening for a 3 course meal for only 25€ worth every penny!!! The chef was so lovely and I interacted with us and gave us an extra dessert!! ❤️ The service was at a fine dining level, the waiter staff were so helpful and gave us an awesome experience, the reception workers were both so lovely! In the evenings Paola chatted with us! She was a lovely person! ❤️ I will certainly come back! The rooms were so big and every thing was so clean! And they would tidy our rooms every day and make the beds! One of the Best Hotels in Campiglio ❄️🌲

2 STELLE REGALATE Colazione: abbondante, ricca di alimenti. Cena: abbondante ma cibo abbastanza penoso Camere: in una settimana i termosifoni non hanno mai funzionato, la doccia la abbiamo fatta calda solo i primi due giorni poichè per i restanti era gelata, ascigamani mai cambiati e per farci cambiare quelli della doccia siamo dovuti andare a chiedere in reception. Per il resto era abbastanza pulita ma guardando sotto il letto si potevano intravedere cumoli di polvere del 1988. Personale: abbastanza disponibile e veloce nelle richieste dei vacanzieri.

Magnificent hotel suitable for any type of holiday from family to a group of friends. its location next to the Colarin ski lift allows you to reach the slopes in just a few minutes. Large and spacious rooms, airy breakfast and dinner in typical Trentino style, abundant and very varied breakfast. Highly qualified staff, especially the manager Paola, with whom I had the opportunity to resolve any type of problem that arose, always kind and helpful even outside of her working hours!!! Even though our stay lasted a few days, they made us feel like we were at home. We will definitely be back next year hoping to find the same staff again!

Simply shameful! My son spent a week at school...4th grade.......600 euros for....sleeping in broken beds, without blankets and dirty sheets, indecent breakfast and dinner with poor quality products and child-sized portions 3 years old....hot water and non-existent heating (MY SON SLEEP WITH HIS SKI JACKET!) SHAME ON YOU!!!! YOU ARE NOT FROM TRENTINO!

We stayed two nights during the holidays. Dated hotel but with very spacious rooms, a few minutes walk from the center of Madonna di Campiglio and the ski slopes. All in all, good quality/price ratio. Unfortunately the spa is under renovation and the hotel shuttle that should take you to the ski slopes is not available. To be seen again is the chef of the kitchen, a certain Walter, who in the evening shows up at the hotel bar, unprofessional and not very polite, insulted us by saying that we didn't understand a damn thing and other insults, after having told him that we liked Madonna di Campiglio. I recommend keeping it locked in the kitchen and not letting it out. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
