Love this hotel! We have stayed on this property many times over the years during our annual Black Friday shopping weekend. We have always found this hotel to be very quiet and clean, with comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, a warm and welcoming entrance and an incredibly friendly and helpful front-desk staff (Thanks Lucy!) Convenient location close to great shopping and many dining options— Great value, highly recommend!

I’m reserving my review until after I find out if we will receive a reimbursement for having to pack up and change rooms our last night there and transfer to a much cheaper room than what we had booked due to the TV no longer functioning.

The staff and service were top notch. They really do cater to the customer. The pool and free ample breakfast was perfect for what we needed. It was a convenient location close to restaurants, grocery stores and the interstate.

I arrived late the first night and discovered there was no heat in my room. I was too tired to deal with it and advised the desk the next morning. The next day there was heat but the following day the heat went out in the middle of the night.

The room was clean but there were several things we know use to be part of the room at this hotel that are no longer available in the room. The room has blackout curtains but no ‘sheer’ curtains so you have no natural light in the morning until you open up the blackout curtains. So no privacy unless the blackout curtains are closed.
The bathroom fan was not working so showers steam up the entire room. This is the second room with no fan that we have encountered at this hotel. We were told at a previous stay that there are many rooms without a working bathroom fan.
The coffee maker was not cleaned up from the previous use of this room.
Our ‘key’ didn’t work when we arrived at our room at about 10:20 am after breakfast. In fact everyone on our floor experienced the same thing and had to go get the ‘key’ reactivated. We were told this happens all the time because the computer system locks out the rooms between 10:20 to 10:30 am even though they have the system set for 11am.
We will not recommend this hotel and will be avoiding it in the future.
