My husband and I went on trip to take our girl's to see the Rocket ship museum. As soon we got to the hotel the girl at the front desk said that my card was not valid and my payment did not go through. She said that I needed to call trip advisor to fix the problem and that she had to charge me again to get my room I booked. Trip advisor was so polite and helped me so much on calling the hotel for me because the girl at the front desk made the mistake and did not look that my card had been charged for the booked room. She had to have her manager replace the money I had been charged twice. Other than that our trip was very nice and was so beautiful that weekend. My girls had great time!
