Excellent stay. Room was spacious and well cleaned. All amenities that one would expect, as well as a choice of three options made cooked-to-order for hot breakfast in the morning. The location is a few miles away from central Madison, but it is located near the main roads leading there. All in all, a great option if in the Madison area.

The service was great and the room was very clean and nice. Refrigerator, microwave, tv, and hair dryer all in great working condition and clean. The morning breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of hot and cold foods. I am really glad I found this place. I didn't use the pool but saw several families using it and it looked great too.

We stayed for five days at Hampton Inn & Suites Madison-West during the December holidays to be near family. The staff were friendly and helpful, always having coffee, tea and hot chocolate available adjacent to the front desk. The pool was very family friendly which we enjoyed with younger family members. Our room on the fifth floor was spacious and we enjoyed their good complimentary breakfast every day we were there. Several high school sports teams were staying there but it was quiet throughout the halls.. Highly recommend.

Heidi and Michelle were fantastic; Tru was clean, vibrant, modern and well worth the $$$. Room was perfect though water pressure was a bit low in the shower. will definitely go back the next time i'm in town. Breakfast was warm and varied. Wifi worked well. free waters in the lobby, too, Trul-y a great experience.

I always stay here when i come to Madison. the venue is always in perfect condition but then the staff can't be any nicer. From the Front Desk, (Sam, Jim and Grace) to the Breakfast area (Julie & Allison) the staff is always pleasant and have great attitudes. If you love cockroaches, this is the place for you! But I'll start at check-in: when we arrived there was a sign on the desk saying the attendant was performing another task away from the desk and would be back within 15 minutes (I waited about 10 minutes.) Our key cards quit working each of the 3 days we were there and every time we went to reprogram them, the sign was up and we waited. The hallways were a festival of weird smells. At night the hallways reeked of marijuana, which I do not have a problem with, but it's not something I really want when I'm traveling with my children. Also not really something I want to smell as I'm falling asleep. There was a large puddle of dog pee in the middle of the landing between the first and second floor steps that was there for a couple of days. The steps were pretty dirty anyway. We stayed in room 212. One of the couches was broken, the dresser drawers were broken, the outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The person upstairs was super loud beginning around midnight each night. I was impressed with how clean the room was, I was less impressed with the cockroaches that welcomed me to the bathroom in the middle of the night. There is a crack between the floor and the wall in between the toilet and the bathtub, that appeared to be where the cockroaches were entering from. I killed several cockroaches but the rest escaped into that crack. I booked the room because of the extra space and the kitchen, which we definitely used, but it was much shabbier than it appeared in the photos on the website. I do not see myself ever staying in another Extended Stay America again and I would certainly not recommend it to anyone I know.

I started with a free airport shuttle and was welcomed with a warm cookie and even warmer smile. Every single interaction I had with the staff was an example of what customer service should be. The front desk staff made every effort to accommodate my requests and were always friendly. Shataya was of great help and really all the front desk staff from my visit Monday 9/5-Thursday 9/8! Austin was one of my shuttle drivers and took me to a nearby address to make sure I didn’t get lost. Again, great customer service. After traveling across the country on business trips and vacations, I can easily say this was one of my best hotel stays. Thank you to all the staff!!

The hotel is in the center of Madison on Main Street, a ten-minute walk to the university and city hall. The hotel facilities are quite four-star, but UMW University is predestined, and the lobby and rooms have university mascots or logos. There are not many tricks for early drinking, typical American early drinking, with fruits, yogurt, etc., but during the epidemic, there is heat and social distancing, and can eat enough. It's worth living in Madison

Good choice to visit the school. The location is very good and very close to the school. The room is very spacious. One problem is that the window is completely sealed, the air conditioner is either cold or hot, it is not very practical for the weather of about 20 degrees, and the room may be more stuffy. Breakfast is $18 buffet, not included in the room rate.

I recently attended a conference held at the Madison Concourse Hotel & Governor's Club and stayed three nights at the property. Shuttle bus driver Brian picked my co-worker and me up at the airport and was so kind and friendly! His recommendations for great food and sights in Madison were spot on and much appreciated. We received a warm welcome when we arrived and enjoyed a wonderful soup/salad bar/dessert lunch at CIRC. My room was clean and spacious. I loved the walk-in shower and makeup vanity space with chair in the bathroom, which was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. My favorite part of my stay was the comfortable bed and bedding, especially those wonderful pillows! I haven't slept that well in ages. The hotel is conveniently located to the Square with plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance, making it a perfect conference site. I highly recommend the Madison Concourse Hotel & Governor's Club and hope to return soon with my family for vacation!
