Best Western Plus Madison Inn Reviews

Average hotel, good coffee in the lobby, Not worth the money for scrambled eggs and needed to ask for towels and such. The staff was kind, smiling and professional!

Clean, but dusty. Redoing floors but our bathroom door had dusty fingerprints on it. Dusty under TV. Wonderful breakfast!

We looked for extra blankets and there were non. The TV contol was very counter intuative and we just gave up.

We checked in at 6:00 PM but when we arrived at the room it had not been cleaned. The hotel was fully booked so we could not be moved to another room. The hotel front desk clerk was the only person working so she had to clean the room in addition to checking in numerous customers. It took 1 1/2 hours before we could get into our room.

Mirrors were dirty, carpets smell old, elevator not cleaned, toilet papare holder was hunging from one screw. Price too high

Overall a positive experience was had at the Best Western Plus. Service staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was good including eggs, sausage, potatoes and other standard continental breakfast items. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The floor in our room looked like a cheaply installed laminate with periodic bubbles. But otherwise room was clean and neat.

The a/c didn't work. It was hot in The room. No air circulated If the air worked it would have been wonderful stay for the time I stayed

Room was spacious and comfortable with excellent lighting in the bathroom. Walls are a little thin so not really quiet until every body settled in.

The floors in the room we stayed in was coming apart. The floors felt unstable. An update is definitely needed. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was decent.

******* overbooked the property. So was charged by ******* and by the hotel because ******* gave me a room that the hotel didn’t know about. The room had a floor that was leaking from between the floorboards. Everything is old and dingy. Surrounding area still wrecked from the hurricane. Front desk clerk was very apologetic and helped in every way he could. ******* dropped the ball!!!

Room was clean, staff was good, good selection of channels, had a pool looked nice but did not use. Offered breakfast but did not get. Would stay again

This property is very convenient for the area of Madison, Customer service is excellent, and great breakfast

The room was humid even with AC on. Everything was moist. The towels were wet. The ac unit and wall was damaged and had growing mold. The area was covered with a awkwardly placed end table. Found a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain. Had I not arrived late and exhausted, I would have changed.
