Hilton Garden Inn Madison Huntsville Airport

Very clean hotel! The customer service was spectacular. The breakfast was outstanding. Not far from the shopping centers and minutes away from the nightlife if you’re interested. The hospitality was on point and they have a very friendly staff. It’s a must reserve!

My Husband and I were pleasantly impressed at how clean the room was and property. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. When u walk in your being greeted by hello and a smile. I highly recommended anyone to stay at this hotel. Even the housekeeping staff was awesome

2nd time here visiting friends. Very nicely appointed hotel with larger rooms, and walk-in shower. Close to restaurants. Obviously we liked it because we returned again. Area is a little under construction, but the rooms are pretty quiet. Good breakfast included.

This could have been a nice three days. the Hotel is fairly new, the room with the King bed was nice. The reading lights on the headboard did not work and when mentioning this to the front desk they new about this problem, being that several rooms had it but it was time consumer to replace these bulbs being that they were behind the Headboard. Dining room closed early, without notice to guest. Have a very nice fitness center and pool area. make sure you take all your items when you leave. Anything mistakenly left behind maybe thrown out, even if you should call and turn around to go back and get it. Otherwise, it is a nice Hotel.

I would have given 5 stars, but like many hotels in this new era…they won’t clean the room unless you request it. We were there for 2 nights, and I had requested that the room be cleaned. However, due to our schedule we needed clean towels by 10 am. The front desk gave us clean towels, and said to leave the soiled towels on the floor of the bathroom. They did pick up the soiled towels, but did nothing in the room….not even replace coffee for the morning. There was an ice bucket, but no glasses…hey don’t provide plastic, or glass glasses! This is a newer hotel, and quite nice. The room was clean, walk-in shower, and they have a wall thermostat which means a lot. They do not offer complimentary breakfast, so I have no idea how their “paid” breakfast was. I booked through a 3rd party, and thought I had an upgraded King, but it turned out to be just a regular King. Will be more careful when I get the confirmation from now on.
