Stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a great meal!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 4 total).$100 for up to 2 pets + $25/pet for addn'l pets.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:NO SMOKING inside the house. My wife and I have stayed at VRBO's throughout the world, such as Nice, Sicily, Paris, and many points throughout the US.The Madison VRBO was the best equipped unit we have ever stayed in. No detail was missed the kitchen had everything including a spice rack, two coffee machines, and every kind of pot and pan you could think of. There was a washer dryer with the necessary detergent, both and iron in a steam unit for removing wrinkles. The house was clean there were more than enough towels the directions that we were sent were the most informative and specific we've ever received. Any question we have prior to arriving, was answered within minutes on the Internet. The air conditioner worked well and we had plenty of hot water. Needless to say we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone.

Great stay in a very convenient location
We had a great stay at this property for a family. The house was great and location was perfect for going back and forth to downtown Huntsville. The host was very responsive as well and having access to the garage was a huge plus.

2nd Visit
This was our 2nd visit to this property. Having been 2 years apart, changes are beginning to happen. Cleanliness was an issue as well as the were and tear on the furniture.

Robotics competition
Everything was nice, clean in great working condition as advertised. We had a small problem in 1 area of the house that we were in communication with the manager/owner of the house who was quick to respond. Loved the fireplace that was easy to use , beds were super comfortable with nice linens, tvs also easy to use. Very easy check-out, Overall had a great stay, will defitinely use again.
