Hotel location is good, food is awesome, service is good but not very well maintained property. Its rusty at many places. Its not exactly a beach resort as mentioned. They dont have their private beach too. There is a road between property and beach.

The property is old and not managed properly. The reception guy is rude and unhelpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner times are late than usual. Light cuts are frequent in rooms. The room allotted to me was changed after i complained that just by switching the water heating kettle, all the light in the room just switched off. The complaint was heard after i went to the reception and complained in person because the reception was not picking up phone. After serving any meal in the room, they don't even provide tissues (even after asking for tissues specifically.

the property was poorly maintained, far below the standards i expect from a reputable brand like yours.i was expecting superior quality infrastructure, during my stay of less than 24 hours, i encountered the following issues:
i had to use a bucket to flush, which was unacceptable given the price paid.
the partition wall in the bathroom was broken, and screws were visible where the door should have been. (images attached for reference).
the beds were subpar, making it difficult to rest properly.
the windows were badly corroded and dirty, contributing to the overall discomfort. (image attached).
no water supply in the beachside bathrooms.
it is evident that the property is in urgent need of renovation, and it seems to have been neglected for quite some time. for the high premium i paid, i expected the infrastructure to match the standard of luxury and comfort typically associated with the fern. instead, i could have chosen a mid-level hotel nearby at a fraction of the cost, which would have not only saved me money but likely provided a more pleasant stay.
