Do not book, the structure is in liquidation and you would lose your money. I had to contact Federconsumatori in order to hope to get back the deposit paid for our holiday in August. I wasn't even warned, I found out by accident.

Dated structure and cleanliness left to chance. I would say average food for a 3-star hotel with a medium-low canteen level dining room. The staff, however, tries hard and is always kind and polite. The animation is also fantastic Luca Greta Umberto they conquered our little girl by involving us and almost all the guests. The value for money should overshadow the various flaws of this structure .. Despite the many negative comments I've read, my family and I had a great week and I think we'll be back next year.

A weekend experience to forget!! The site is clearly the best presentation of the location which in reality is quite another thing The only positive note is the location a few steps from the ski lifts; everything else to be reviewed. It looks like a structure abandoned to itself, dilapidated, decrepit, dirty and lacking ordinary maintenance. I would like to post some photos I took but I avoid out of respect; to give an example, I'll just say that what should be the "restaurant room" is nothing more than a canteen with old tables arranged in a better way with placemats and paper napkins, badly washed glasses and cutlery and dirty floors from the day before; not to mention the presentation and quality of the food. Uncommentable !! Elevator from the 70s, non-existent architectural barriers, dirty and ruined carpeting; stains and dirt of all kinds on the walls, not to mention the rooms, furnishings and bathrooms. I go no further; there would be a book to write about the poor conditions of this location not to mention the price. Over the years I have frequented several Hotels, Resorts, B&Bs, Villages and so on for holidays with my family and for work. Believe me: never before have so much neglect all together. Too bad because as I said the position is enviable. Sorry, but it is ABSOLUTELY AVOID !!!!

Abbiamo appena terminato il nostro soggiorno all' Hotel Arlecchino, la sua posizione di fronte alle piste è comodissima e strategica, permette di dimenticarsi dell' auto! Il soggiorno è stato gradevolissimo, atmosfera allegra, accogliente,lo staff di questo albergo ti fa sentire come a casa! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 gg in questo Hotel perché lo scorso anno,passeggiando per Madesimo, l’avevamo visto dall esterno; posizione perfetta per sciatori principianti ma anche per esperti, visto che di fronte c è la pista Arlecchino (semplice x iniziare) ma anche le seggiovie che ti portano più in alto con piste che si collegano a tutto il comprensorio; quindi posizione Top; colazione abbondante;c è la possibilità di scegliere sia dolce che salato; cena possibilità di scegliere fra 3 portate; abbondanti le pietanze ma per il gusto si potrebbe fare di più (quindi da migliorare ); personale e animazione molto cortese e presente; piscina riscaldata, piccola ma va bene per una mezz oretta di relax; camere piccole;pulizia giornaliera ma sarebbe preferibile una maggiore accortezza; in generale un buon soggiorno; ci tornerei perché siamo stati bene; la posizione vale il soggiorno ;

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti,una piacevole scoperta.Tutto ottimo dal cibo,complimenti al cuoco e a tutto lo staff,gentilissimi !L albergo è in una posizione strategica subito davanti agli impianti, comodissimo,pulito e ben organizzato,l animazione fantastica.Che dire tutto perfetto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative, torneremo sicuramente,grazie!
