Hotel Arlecchino - Dada Hotels

Do not book, the structure is in liquidation and you would lose your money. I had to contact Federconsumatori in order to hope to get back the deposit paid for our holiday in August. I wasn't even warned, I found out by accident.

A weekend experience to forget!! The site is clearly the best presentation of the location which in reality is quite another thing The only positive note is the location a few steps from the ski lifts; everything else to be reviewed. It looks like a structure abandoned to itself, dilapidated, decrepit, dirty and lacking ordinary maintenance. I would like to post some photos I took but I avoid out of respect; to give an example, I'll just say that what should be the "restaurant room" is nothing more than a canteen with old tables arranged in a better way with placemats and paper napkins, badly washed glasses and cutlery and dirty floors from the day before; not to mention the presentation and quality of the food. Uncommentable !! Elevator from the 70s, non-existent architectural barriers, dirty and ruined carpeting; stains and dirt of all kinds on the walls, not to mention the rooms, furnishings and bathrooms. I go no further; there would be a book to write about the poor conditions of this location not to mention the price. Over the years I have frequented several Hotels, Resorts, B&Bs, Villages and so on for holidays with my family and for work. Believe me: never before have so much neglect all together. Too bad because as I said the position is enviable. Sorry, but it is ABSOLUTELY AVOID !!!!

Vi abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno a gennaio 2024 e poi a dicembre 2024. Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile! Servizi presenti ed efficienti! Cucina ed intrattenimento per bambini… meglio lo scorso gennaio.. hanno cambiato qualcosa e si è visto.

Posizione fantastica, super super comoda, davanti alla seggiovia quindi comodissima per sciare a tornare subito in hotel. Animazione eccezionale, divertente, coinvolgente, il clima è sempre gioviale! Il cibo è buono e abbondante. Tutto lo staff è stato sempre gentile. Ci tornero sicuramente. Super raccomandato.

L'hotel Arlecchino è una struttura carina (dotata di piscina interna) con camera abbastanza spaziosa, luminosa e, essendo stati al quarto piano, abbiamo apprezzato un grazioso panorama di montagna. Si trova in una posizione strategica interessante : è possibile visitare il centeo di Madesimo, fare escursioni e premdere la cabinovia. Personale gentile, disponibile ed educato anche se qualche volta non è stato sempre impeccabile. Abbiamo preso una mezza pensione : la colazione presenta un ottimo cappuccino (degno di un hotel a 3 stelle), ma il dolce era un po' scarso rispetto al salato. Arrivavamo a colazione intorno alle 8.40 (la colazione termina alle 9.30) e non sempre veniva rifornito tutto ciò era stato presentato in precedenza. Peccato perché basta potenziare il dolce con qualche brioche al cioccolato e, ad esempio, rimpiazzare le fragole che abbiamo visto sul tavolo di chi aveva fatto colazione poco prima di noi. La cena è nella media: buoni piatti, anche se alcune volte ho mangiato una pasta un po' cruda e non è stato molto piacevole. Siamomstati bene, ci siamo divertiti e, con qualche piccola accortezza in più, tornerei volentieri.
