Room was remodeled but done poorly. Wires spliced together outside. Cords running up the wall and hung over the mirror. Bathroom was very small and had no storage and we used window to store all of our stuff. Faucets were tricky to get shut completely off. Resort got busy and streaming tv was no longer available. No one to call for assistance so had to wait for staff to arrive the next morning. Was told to use antenna due to "too many people to stream" on the internet service they had. We booked last minute and went with what was available so for that reason it was good. It was clean and pool was great. Within walking distance to restaurants and stores for supplies. Short walk across street to beach.

The gentleman that checked me in was very nice and showed me around. Even let us check out late because we were tired. I definitely would stay there again and would recommend it.

Cameras everywhere , front desk was curt and somewhat rude, it was a crash pad for us as everything else was sold out. Sofas looked stained and old , very very basic

I booked a studio which said it sleeps 3. Originally it was suppose to be my husband and I. Last minute we had to take our toddler. When the gentlemen at the front desk asked i explained it was 3 instead of 2. He said because of insurance purposes we wouldnt be able to stay there and moved us to a different room. No hot water and barely any water pressure.

Dirty dark and Black Mold. Should be condemned I
The room was so called renovated after the hurricane. Black mold on bathroom door, which they tried to paint over, and in grout in shower had mold also. The office explained to me that your website did not charge for parking they did and charged us an extra $15/day to park. I asked about handicapped parking I showed them my sticker and had
to pay anyway. No place to put anything not enough outlets. Horrible bed, blanket and pillows I should be refunded.

Total scam. We booked and paid for our room on date of arrival, We were charged a fee for “late check in”. In more than. 30 years of extensive travel as an adult, this was a first. Ironically the last time I would stay at this property.

Staff are rude. Even tried speaking Spanish. The towel girls are friendly and i was just kind anyway, to those still being rude.

My recent stay at Holiday isles resort was truly memorable! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location was also perfect, within easy walking distance of many attractions.The overall experience was outstanding, and I highly recommend Holiday isles resort to anyone visiting the area.
