Check-in is self-service, which is very inconvenient. It is not easy to find the corresponding room. There is no front desk for consultation. I can only consult Ctrip. The people of Ctrip are nice. I found the room later by asking local international students. After checking in, I found that the facilities are average. The quilt core is very old, which affects personal sleep. There is no daily cleaning. This is the worst experience in Sydney.

I asked my neighbors and the apartment management office if they knew about KULA, but no one knew and there was no sign to guide me. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and they said I had a double booking and they don't have any 2 bedroom apartments. So, two one-bedroom apartments were given to my family, but since the two apartments were on different floors, my family had to be separated. It was very uncomfortable and unfriendly. I won't book again.
Everyone will have a hard time checking in.
