we stayed just overnight so not a whole root to share but easy access, clean room and quiet stay. we felt safe even arriving back quite late at night.

People running and screaming in the lobby and halls at 1 in the morning and then again at 630 am. Would like to be able to actually sleep.

Booked a room while traveling. Got a confirmation email.
Showed up and there were no rooms available and he forgot to call us to let us know. 9pm with a 5 year old and we were scrambling to find a hotel to stay the night as many of the local hotels were sold

Room key cards wouldn’t open the door from the side parking lot. We had to carry our luggage back around to the lobby in a pouring rainstorm

Hotel was great. However our king room was next to elevator and very noisy all night hearing the dings of the elevator.

Instant flashbacks of the high locker room in gym class because it smelled so bad in our room. Dialed "0" and asked if they had a new room. The front desk was very kind and moved us to another room. The new room smelled almost equally as bad, but we said f*ck it we'll just deal with it. Maybe this is just what Georgia smells like? New room was dirty. Wood chips and hairs on bed. Carpet was not vacuumed. Under beds have screws, bobby pins, and sunflower seeds.
Shower was broken and bath faucet was disconnected from the wall. Impossible to fully pull to switch from bath to shower so it was a half and half type wash.
Either there is a disconnect between housekeeping and maintenance to the front desk and management about standards of cleanliness and functionality of the rooms, or their housekeeping and maintenance staff are just lazy.

Except for the bathroom which could use some updating but wasn't too bad it was clean and I would stay again.

The staff was friendly and nice. The grounds were well lit at night. The rooms were okay, but there was signs of age that needed to be addressed. The shower and shower curtain were dirty and had mold on the outside edges of the shower. The hand soap dispenser was broken. Looked like a water leak occurred in the past and they did a poor job fixing it; this was in room 207 if the owner or company want to address these issues. The tub faucet had just as much water flowing there as the shower head while taking a shower.
