the gentleman at the desk was so very accommodating; I was able to check in early and near the rooms of the others in my group!
the breakfast was good with a lot of choices, the room was nice and the bed very comfortable!

front desk staff/ owner was very pleasant and helpful...before i get comfortable, i always check the bed sheets and bathroom...the sheets had stains and a little black spot (not sure what it was)...i immediately went back to the front desk, showed him the pics and asked for a different room...he was happy to oblige...the other issue was that a side door to the parking lot was unlocked & no key required to enter, even after 10ish, unlike most hotels, so i didn't feel totally safe...other than that, the bed was comfortable...i also appreciated having a microwave & fridge in the room...the housekeeping staff were very friendly & pleasant...the indoor pool area is nice & big (i did not partake in swimming)...also, i thought it was a bit overpriced...for close to $100 i expected more.

We came for a graduation at western and stayed one night & the walls were super thin! You can hear everything even the pipes, when water is turned on, toilets flushed.

The general manager was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He made sure our room was cleaned promptly so we could check in early. The breakfast was pretty good and the setting is tranquil.

The price was a little better then their competitors and it offered what they did. Very close to downtown, safe and clean. Breakfast was okay.
