Bridge View Motel & Condo's

Service not bad, the poor guy was doing his best, but we do NOT recommend to stay here! Wish we had checked these reviews before booking as we had similar experiences to others on the page! As others, we arrive to a note on the lobby door to check in at another motel down the road…should have been the first sign! When we found our room it was upstairs the stairs were horrible dirty and the entryway outside of our room had dead and alive bugs all over the windowsill and corners and door entry. We accidentally opened the wrong door but the key worked anyway 🤔🤪 that room was not made up yet. Turned around to the correct room and it was already occupied! After driving back to the other lobby the guy said he would show us a couple more rooms. I could go into more detail but I won’t. I’m with my mom who had Covid in 2021…neither of us wanted her to stay there! It’s bad!!! We drove off and decided to look for another place! We found a very nice independently owned motel and come to find out the man who owns this one and the other three also owns around 30 others in he town! Be careful!! After checking in to his place we drove back down there dropped our key off outside the lobby door in the box and didn’t look back. I’ve called and disputed it with my credit card company.

We arrived and the room we had requested could not be ready. The owner showed us a room that did have a view but smelled musty. He said he would give it to us for what we had paid $88. We had no TV as he said Spectrum didn’t turn on in time. We went and bought a room deodorizer then left for the evening. We got back and changed our clothing and the floors were wet. Exhausted we went to bed to wake 2 hours later to a haven of spiders as we had heat turned on. It was miserable we advised owner only to be told he was sorry. No refund offered nothing. We will not be back and it’s sad as we rented from another of their properties for the past 3 years.
