The front desk service is quite satisfactory, not particularly good but not bad. There is a commercial street nearby, which is more convenient for entertainment and eating. The room is not big, the facilities are a bit outdated, the soundproofing is not very good, parking to see fate.

臨時決定來龜山峯玩，附近酒店比較緊張，就着急購買了兩個房間，一個雙床，一個大床，工作人員也不穿工作服，一進來就要收按金，進到房間內，氣味很大，煙味太重，房間內床墊很硬，反正感覺是那種舊彈簧翻新的，一夜沒睡好，設備陳舊，被褥被套感覺也沒消毒，是花色家用的那種，還好自己帶的有一次性的被套，洗臉盆一開水龍頭跟瀑布一樣，熱水壺很臟，根本不能用，整體入住體驗很差，下次一定選連鎖或者規模大一點的。

房間確實乾淨衞生，設施齊全，環境安靜，衞生間24小時熱水。老闆服務熱情，這次來麻城旅遊如住時間晚了些沒有停車位，老闆把自己的車子挪走讓給我們，非常感動！滿意的一次入住。下次來旅遊還會來這家入住。

酒店的環境很好，房間乾淨整潔，服務的態度也很不錯，這個沙發躺上去真的舒服，房間裏的小智管家很有意思可以語音控制燈光電視等等，已經在這裏住過好幾次了，以後也還會來這裏

房間寬敞，衞生，附近吃飯有家幸福食堂，經濟實惠。不足之處就是我們住在3樓，窗户衹有半個，外面是其它房子的牆，但也還湊合，比較安靜。
