Puma Lodge is a beautiful location in the Chilean Mountains, it is very quiet and appropriate for beautiful ealks.

We went from Rancagua along a long and bad dirt road with the idea of getting there to have tea and the manager treated us very poorly, very uncritical, although we did not call before to say that we were going to have tea, that does not justify not being able to offer a delicious coffee with something to eat. They didn't have anything, the only thing we could have was disgusting coffee. Very unfortunate, a wonderful mountain range environment, but the gardens look neglected, the pool green with dirt, a fiberglass hot tub that looked horrible from the living room, the truth is very far from recommending this place. It is not the first time I went, I was struck by how neglected it was, a hotel from the Noi chain, even if it is winter, cannot have a swimming pool with green water, the neglected garden, the truth is that it is very disappointing and in bad taste. We asked for a coffee and something to drink… the girl who was at the bar kindly told us that she couldn't sell us anything since they could only serve the people who were staying at the hotel, and due to limited supplies they couldn't serve them… in the end They sold us 4 watery mocachinos with no taste at all… it would be good if the hotel reported on their website or here that they only serve people staying there!
