Hotel muito bonito e charmoso, localizado pertinho da Praia de Ponta Verde, tem até vista para o mar de alguns quartos, acomodações simples mas tudo estava limpo e organizado. Café da manhã razoável mas com boas opções de frutas. É um ótimo lugar para ir com toda família ou grupo de amigos, pode ir a muitos lugares à pé principalmente a praia.

Pessoas acolhedoras, o Pedro, se não me engano o nome dela é Day Gday não me lembro muito bem🤣🤣 e tem o Benício pensa numa simpatia, dedicado comunicativo prestativo, e tinha um outro não me lembro do nome só sei que ele fica responsável por uma ala importante ☺️ de lençóis novos, gente fina também, enfim a equipe toda, quarto muito bom, café da manhã excelente, só na recepção que achei um pouco abafado, se tivesse um ar condicionado lá iria melhorar muito também para os funcionários ali presente ☺️mas tirando isso tudo de bom, a piscina ótima, obrigada equipe do Ritz Plaza mar.

O hotel é simples, mas bom. Quartos limpos, piscina bonita, possui sauna e uma academia muito muito pequena e quente, mesmo com o ar condicionado. O café da manhã também é bem simples. Adoeci e entrou em contato com a recepção e eles não tinham nenhum tipo de atendimento médico ou enfermeraria, nem mesmo possuíam termômetro. A localização é boa, é possível ir a pé até a Praia de Ponta Verde. A região possui diversos bares, feiras e restaurantes.

Hotel fica a 1 quadra da praia de Ponta Verde e muito próxima a feirinha de artesanato e feirinha gastronômica. Além disso tem estacionamento privativo ao custo de R$5,00 que é um diferencial aos hospedes de alugam carro. Não sei se porque era desfile de pré-carnaval mas no final de semana observei que tinha segurança na porta do hotel. Mas independente disso o local é seguro até proque na frente do hotel tem uma pracinha muito bem iluminada.

Hotel excelente, funcionários super educados, ótima localização, café da manhã bem variado, vale cada momento. Hotel possui uma piscina de bom tamanho bem cuidada, com certeza voltarei mais vezes a esta linda cidade e ficarei nesse hotel.
