The resort is ok, and the beach is great, but the quality of food & drink is the worst i`ve found in Brazil resorts. The beer is good, but the very few other drinks are awfull. The lunch was so bad that we usually skip it and ate pizza. Realy, there are many other better resorts in Brazil.

The photos are not up to date. The place is good and we had a good tim; however, we had to workaround many frustrations. The shower didn’t work, then we had bugs getting inside my room due to an issue with the window. Walls were dirty. The dinner had some disgusting things happening such as cats hopping on the table, under the table I found dirty from… who know when… We made sure we had a good and quality family time and overcome all the outdated things that set our frustration.

That's not a resort, I really don't know what is. It looks like a commune in the countryside, all deteriorated. Please don't ever go.

Resort well located, with several alternatives of tours. Very good indoor entertainment. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are of great quality. In particular, I highlight the service of the restaurant staff. My son and I exceptionally need a different menu for a few days and Mr. Luiz, Executive Maitre, and Waiter Fabio Vieira, promptly attended to us with super special attention. The whole time they accompanied us and fulfilled all our requests. I am very grateful for their service and attention and that of all Pratagy employees.

Simply perfect. Room is super comfortable, food is delicious, the place is beautiful and the staff exceeded all our expectations. They were always there for us even when we asked odd requests like new dishes to our kid and even his favorite specific type of grape. The shutter for the resort and Park was always there for us and ready to pick us up. The package is a boutique hotel + resort + water park was excellent.

At first, they put us in a very old room, only after threatening to leave the hotel did they move to a newer one. The food, in most meals, was very bad, especially the proteins!
Positive: the aqua Park is great, as is the alcoholic drinks section.

I thought it was much lower than expected, a daily rate of 1,800.00 should be an incredible experience and it wasn't! The staff are great and work hard to raise the level of the hotel, everything that was displayed in terms of food was “simple”, nothing special. Everything in the hotel is very well organized and clean, I just found the “duvet” they provided was so thin that it didn't keep us warm.

A stay that was no more than ok....The resort has great potential, however, it fails to deliver. Hotel pools are small and dirty. Food needs to improve a lot in the Buffet, a lot, in all 3 meals. In terms of snacks, there were some highlights, on lobster day and on the other day there was crab. The pizzas, which are also served daily, were better than dinner. Regarding cleanliness, it is incredible that in a resort located in the middle of a mangrove, there is such a precarious and extremely worrying garbage collection system. The recreation activities for the children were good, and the water park also overshadowed some of the frustration with our stay. Anyway, as I said at the beginning, this resort has incredible potential, but I think it lacks "affection" with it. I will return to it if I know that most of the opportunities are resolved.
