The service was just Ok. Did not have extra blankets for sofa bed. Breakfast was OK and was just a grab n go. Not a hit breakfast.

The breakfast was tasty and had a great spread. The hot tub was relaxing and the staff was helpful and friendly. Comfy bed and spacious room. No fridge or microwave if you're hoping for that. We chose this because of the great location for Cuyahoga Valley NP, and it was very convenient. The room could have felt a bit cleaner, and our tub seemed to be struggling to drain. But overall, can't complain!

It was sadly just dirty and not kept up. The hallways and elevator were so dirty and the walls so scratched up and worn, we were afraid to see what our room would be like. Thankfully, other than the carpet and the bathtub, the room seemed otherwise ok. The bed was comfortable and the sheets seemed clean. I did not take my shoes off except to sleep as the carpet was nasty. It was very late and we were exhausted and only staying one night or we would have relocated to a different hotel. It was relatively inexpensive, so there is that. Sometimes hunting out the bargain is not worth it!

Me and my wife came up here for a quick get-away and I can tell you it was worth it. It's in a nice area, lots of food choices. Hot tub in the pool area was great.
I do wish they'd keep the breakfast going a little longer. Closing at 9AM? Comon.
When we arrived, we had an issue with our first room in that the bathroom was leaking pretty bad. But they quickly corrected the issue and provided us a new room that didn't have an issues.
TVs all has a nice feature that supported Chromecast. So you could play Netflix or whatever from your phone to your TV. A nice bonus.
All in all the price was great and we enjoyed ourselves a ton and will gladly return.

Starting with the lobby- it was nice , very clean and quiet . Staff was friendly and attentive .. however after that things took a turn for the worse . Upon entering into the room . It was all wrong . I paid for a suit instead they gave me a double room. The room smelled like wet carpet and the sheets inside the sofa bed had red stains on them.. there were red drips
All over the carpet as well . They also offered free breakfast but it was horrible . The eggs were terrible and tasted microwaved .. the sausages were horrible and the waffle mix tasted like it was reused multiple times .. overall i was disappointed in the quality of this hotel. Also the beds were not soft and the furniture was super dated in my opinion ..

The pool was drained and closed. No hours were posted for the hot tub, but it was closed when i went to use it after 10pm.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. I've stayed at nicer hotels and I've stayed at worse. There was nothing about the place that would make me not stay there again.
